*sorry about that this review was meant for CPR but I dont see an option to delete the review so I changed to 5 stars*They had my MacBook for 3 months and didn't fix it. When they returned it to me they had not even put it back together. There is 1 of the several screws needed to put it back together, the back is off, the a chip is just floating around the box.

Replaced phone battery for my IPhone 7+, changed out battery and cleaned charger port, lot of lint in port, phone stays charged and connects to Apple Play every time now…Thanks job well done

I went to the store with a water damaged Iphone. The technician was very respectful and ethical about pricing. I had a phenomenal price and had my phone fixed the same day. The work went above and beyond. I was quoted exponentially higher prices everywhere else. My phone has still been working after 6 months, meaning the technician took his time to remove all the salt from the iphone.

A mistake was made in my repair and the manager promptly called, apologized, and quickly fixed the problem. He could have easily pretended the problem never occurred, and I would not have known. I admire Tom’s integrity and know how relating to my iphone

Tess was rude af explaining why my home button didn’t work when it worked just fine before my phone screen was fixed granted I did have a pretty cracked screen but my home button still worked . Not very professional .

I am SO pleased with my experience at Batterys & Bulbs today. I was so stressed out because my old iPhone SE was broken, but the gentleman who helped me fix it was very kind and helped me get it all fixed and working very shortly. Because most stores don't usually keep frame pieces around for the older iPhone SEs, my phone is just not easy to fix, but the repair specialist did everything he could to brainstorm and come up with a solution for me, which ultimately ended in me being able to use the frame from a discarded phone they had there. I am SO thankful to now have my wonderful gold SE back, working, and in so much better condition than it has been in years. Turns out the person who repaired it before did not do a great job, and the repairman here was able to fix that as well. Can't rave enough about this place! Highly recommend taking your phone here if you need it fixed.

Poor prices use to get my screen repaired over here but they have the worst prices, also person on the phone told me “we don’t fix home buttons if they don’t work the phone is pretty much useless” but the guys in the other side of town fixed it no problem $30

Stopped in today my charger had partially broke off in my iPad. The customer service rep very quickly fixed my iPad with no charge. I definitely will be back anytime I need anything battery or related items both workers were extremely helpful
