The worst Walmart I have ever see. They are out of so many necessities. This trip, no regular eggs (they had very few brown and organic eggs, none I would pay the ridiculous price for) and no salt, how do you run out of salt? They were out of the Walmart brand of all of frozen vegetables other than broccoli and the jumbo bags of peas and corn. I got pic sweet mixed vegetables instead, but that's a bigger bag and 4 times the cost. The dog food I always get was out, that's happened before at other stores. They also mislabel the isles. Ant acids are labeled on isle 7, but actually are in isle 10. And they don't mark the prices for many of the products on the shelves. On the plus side, the workers are very nice and helpful

Go to pick up my order after the time they said my order was ready and ended up waiting a half an hour only to be told it was going to be another 3 hours to get my purchase! So I go the next day after 3 and called for my order and wad told they would be right out! Evidently they don't know what right out means! Saw 1 person bring out groceries to 1 customer in 30 minutes and still haven't received my order! This store is pathetic in its management and customer service! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to stop supporting this walmart!!

This review is based on Walmart OPTICAL and the office run by Dr. Rhonda Hendrix OD PA at location 748 Beal Pkwy NE Ft Walton Bach, Fl. I had my eyes examined at a local Walmart three months ago. Dr. Hendrix was friendly and provided a timely exam, absolutely no complaints there. They went through my insurance (which should have fully covered the appointment) and yet charged me an additional $80 out of pocket (which I paid for and still retain the copy of). I called today for my contact prescription and they said I had to come back in to be re examined and it would be another $30-40. I told them absolutely not, I paid for an annual exam and they went through my insurance I'm not paying additional money for information I've already paid for! They said "it's our policy". First, sounds fraudulent or like a scheme to take advantage of clients. I said "absolutely fucking not". They said " your eyes could have changed". For over two decades I have received annual eye exams. The results of those annual exams are good for 12-24 months on average. IF they had examined my eyes and allowed me to depart with ill fitting lenses that would be malpractice on their part. In no other place in this country have I ever needed to have to pay for another eye exam. There is no reason to not receive my information from my recent exam FREE of additional charge. Information being the size contacts for which I was fitted and the samples I was provided. Something about "your policy" is fishy. Ok this sense the place is taking advantage of their clientele. Not okay.

My husband finally getting the security device removed from our purchase at Walmart. My husband and I went to Walmart to find a bra and some recharging hair clippers. There were four Walmart employees at the changing area. Two were arranging clothes. One was remarking on the structural integrity of a display and the likelihood it would last- skeptical tone ensues. I don't have a problem with any of this. Ten minutes later I find a product I'd like to just try on OVER MY CLOTHES in a moderately discreet area. Now there's just one of the three there tucked away in the now -Closed- changing area. I ask if it was possible for me to just scoot in the area she was standing in - mind you there's a cart blocking the doors- I get it -it's closed. She says "Ma'am it's closed no we can't." Okay that's fine I accept it and walk away. At check out there are 3 people including us waiting at the check out and the ONLY rep there was chatting it up with a customer who had completed their transaction and was leaving. We all 3 had our lights on for assistance, my husband turns his head to the right and says ma'am we need our security device removed. She ignores him and begins to laugh uproariously and continues chatting. As he mentions this I grab my phone to open Yelp and take A picture. At this point she stops immediately and assists the other two who were before us. I'm am MORE THAN FINE with this. What I didn't appreciate was the very clear sense that until I reached for my phone she didn't care. Not impressed and therefore had to take a photo.

Associates are very helpful and courteous, but combining with electronics has hurt their lab business involving local photographers. I am trying to bring my lab work more local and it is very seldom convient to run in a get a clients package that has been on the shelf and just needs to be picked up and paid for. But I have to wait for the associates to assist a customer who hasn't a clue on the type of electronic devices they want, or unlock a 15 dollar device. Was so much better when photo lab and electronics were separate.

Delivery. Have had groceries delivered to vacation condo in the past from Destin store and it went very well and was super convenient so I decided to try it again this year. I had 5 substitutions, including 2 that were nowhere near original item. And I had 9 out of stock items, including a case of bottled water. I have a hard time believing they did not have any cases of bottled water to sub a different brand. The app wasn't working to let me decline those 2 substitutions so I called and asked them to take them off. While on the phone with him I asked him about the bottle waters and he said oh yes I'm sure we can get some for your order. That did not happen. Very inconvenient. Will not use delivery again.

Walmart super center located in fort walton Florida. I'm on a week long vacation with the family and we stopped in here to grab some necessities. Very large and nice Walmart. Seemed pretty clean despite being very busy and the workers handled the lines and people well it seemed. One thing that was different with this wall mart from others I've ever been to is they have an airbrush t shirt and towel section. Thai area cost me a lot of money. Lol all 4 kids wanted a a souvineer t shirt airbrushed. So that was a cool unexpected surprise. They enjoyed it a a whole lot. Overall nice and cool wal mart. Did the trick for what we needed and added and extra bonus with the air brush area.

It looks like profits are still a priority over Covid-19 protocol. By shutting all of the doors except the one to the south, they funnel everyone through that one (instead of in one door and out another). Of course, then they don't have to pay as many people to work the doors that way. I tried to come in through the automotive department and was met by an employee who would have been a great concentration camp guard in another era. I won't be going back for a long long time, if then.

WORST CHECKOUT Ever!! Checkout procedures is ridiculous! Went to a Scan & Go that has no Limits and was refused to use it because there was a "20 item limit" went there is no posted sign, was not given the option to split items between customers and the Sales Associate didn't even bother counting how many items were in the cart before saying I could not use the Scan & Go station. And there isn't many man operated checkout registers open and had to stand in a 20 min line.

I came here for an oil change today and was told to "go find Kevin, he's probably outside" really? That's how you set someone up in your system to get an oil change set up? I found Kevin on my own because none of these auto center people could help me. Ridiculous. I've been here for 45 minutes now and I'm still not checked in. This place sucks. Update. It's been an hour and 10 minutes and I'm still not checked in. Called a different oil change place and they said they would take me right now. That mean older deep voiced lady in the auto center area was as useless as a hangnail. Never coming back there again.

Vacation food run for a planned beachfront BBQ. Found everything needed and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Great location, clean, friendly staff, well stocked. What's not to like? BTW The BBQ was a hit!

I live in Crestview, but prefer shopping at this WalMart. The Auto Center is the best. Thank you for caring about your customers. And for having enough employees to handle the needs of the community in a timely manner.

If i can give a negative star i would , i ordered my groceries online and after receiving the email that it was done. I went to pick up my groceries it took them 40 minutes just to get the wrong order . Then they finally came with my order only to have the wrong item's. It never was this bad what is happening to this place ?
