I wish I could give higher stars, but the store manager, Amanda appears to scam customers. My mom and I first visited this store in September to trade in my youngest brother’s iPhone X. We were offered a 800 dollar trade in credit making the new iPhone only a couple bucks a month so we decided to do it. Now it is March, 2023 and we have JUST received that trade in credit and it was only for 200 dollars. Additionally, we were offered a 100 dollar credit for adding new lines by a district manager and that never appeared on our account. They told us our plan would be a certain about and imagine our surprise when it 20 dollar more per line, per month than what we were quoted. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the ACTUAL verizon store on Beal. Do not under any circumstances work with Amanda, who knows what happened to our device, credit or money. I would only recommend going here if you want to be lied to, mislead, and taken advantage of.

My wife and I traded in our old iPhones and were told we qualified for the new promotion of $800 and $1000 that Verizon had at the time it has been 8 months and we are still paying $200+ a month and we have been calling them every week. We just got told we did not qualify and there is nothing they can do. They lied to us and will not take accountability.

I recently got a new I phone and when I went to sync my phone with an Apple Watch not all the previous info went thru. After trying to figure it out myself I stopped in at the Verizon store at 73 Eglin pkwy, in Ft. Walton. Amanda Jordan took the time to reconnect my phone to my Apple Watch. Great customer service and patient.

The store is very neat and organized. Amanda greeted me as soon as I walked in & let me know she would be with me as soon as she could. She was very helpful on getting my upgrade and what would work best for me. She is very knowledgeable and I will go back to her every time.

The manager was very helpful to me and was very busy multi tasking multiple customers while helping me switch From Att. Because of information was locked by my own doing along with several obstacles because of my current situation. She helped me overcome all hurdles and made sure I walked out with a new phone and significantly lower payment with an up to date iPhone.

Amanda and her team were both incredibly helpful. She provided me the pros and cons of each plan and helped me choose the best one for me. She was non-pressuring and did everything she could to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase to include the phone, my case, and my screen protector which she installed brilliantly. They also stayed past closing time during the day to transfer from my old phone to my new phone and were very patient while they waited for me to ensure I was completely satisfied with the transfer. Thank you very much Amanda! I would recommend her and Russell Cellular without reservation.
