Horrible service !!!! They made me wait over 20 min just to get something in the back then come to find out it’s the wrong size. Then the female had an attitude bc she was in the wrong. Then did not give me my refund!!!! I want my money back immediately or there will be issues and I will take it to my lawyer. Idc if it 1$ or 100$ I want my money back and the service is TERRIBLE AND TRASH !!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our phones had an issue beyond Verizons ability to correct but that didn't stop them from trying everything they possibly could to try and fix the problem. They also didn't immediately try and sell us a new phone instead if looking into the problem which was awesome!

I want to start by saying I have never left a One-Star review for any business. My husband and I went into the store spending about 3 hours renewing our plan, and getting new Iphones after being with Verizon for almost 7 years. The sales associate said we would be mailed a box to return our old devices. We were never mailed a box and after 30 days, we went into the store and they made a shipping label and box for us. We mailed our old devices over 6 weeks ago. It was never reflected on our bill, and it went up $200. EVERY time we called customer service, or went into this particular store, they were not helpful at all. No one knew what we were talking about, no one had record of previous conversations, and our account is still not reflecting the old devices have been returned, and our bill is astronomical. It was also not at all what we were quoted when we were sold the business plan. After going into the store for a 3RD time because the 800 number is absolutely useless-we were told we were not priority customers and there was no real resolution to our problem. They said we would just have to pay the bill and hope for a reimbursement. The inefficiency of all of this was extremely frustrating and to top it off the store manager brushed us off. We are extremely unhappy and hope to find another service provider.

I have came here for the past 2 days. Yesterday they closed at 6. I went to walk in at exactly 5pm and they closed the door and locked it. I came today at 5:30, mind you the store closes at 7pm. There’s a sign on the door saying “store closed for 45 minutes from 5:35pm” I went to walk in over 45 minutes later and the sign is still up and the doors are still locked with the lights on. I’ve tried calling and nothing. This is the WORST verizon store I have ever been to. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went in today with a SIM card failure and had to leave work to get a new sim card. Unique was professional and friendly. She was able to get me taken care of quickly and back to work!

Just wanted to give the 5 stars for this store mainly for the customer service that Kristen provided. I usually don’t bother giving reviews but I had a really wonderful experience in the store. Kristen provided an exceptional customer service by taking her time to answer and explain any concerns. She was friendly and very patient with us. I would recommend her as a representative to help out for any Verizon concerns! Thank you again!!!

Paid $1600.00, was told my phone was set up and ready to go. Leave store only to find out, they utterly screwed up all the phones on my account and numbers. Our entire family had to wait all night and all morning until the store opened to regain service.

Had an issue with my old phone and decided to just go to the store real quick and see if they could figure anything out. BAAAAAAAD IDEA! Ended up paying for an upgrade ( no big deal) phone came into the store the following day. after 45 minutes of waiting for what should have been a pick up and go..., turns out they were selling me a refurb owned by another carrier. so they couldn't activate it. displeased I walked out of the store and nicely told the male and female employee to call me when a new phone arrives. Female employee followed me out side asking me to come back. I told her that I couldn', I have to work. her last words were "F it! we'll just keep your $ then. better luck next time" I left, only to return about 45 minutes later to grab the case and screen protector I purchased. I walked into the store and simply told the gentleman that I'm back to pick up my products I purchased. After both male and female employees rolled there eyes at me, I walked to the desk where MY purchased case and screen protector were and grabbed them. female employee " Excuse me! don't take anything off our Fing desks, and the male employee took them away and wouldn't give them to me and things escalated pretty quickly when fat boy started running his mouth. It's a small town and karma never forgets. Great job to all the mouth breathers that work at the Russel wireless store on N Ferdon. Keep up the good work. Y'all are special.

Just went there and waited in line for twenty minutes while the manager was conversing with every one for minutes about being from Ohio while I sat there.The. A female walks right in with our checking in and of course he greets her immediately and takes her to the back and gets her that Verizon service.edit (after reading more reviews I think I get why the manager didn't say a word to me or articulate a wait time and just let people skip me ) hopefully corporate will watch the camera footage and see this happens to a lot of US there.
