They have been delaying more and more packages over the last 2 years. Been getting worse everyday. Most from Amazon. Items arrive in time (like 3am the day scheduled for delivery) to be delivered then they claim it will be delivered the next day. Today I had one that was out for delivery at 6:50am. Then at 12:17 Amazon says a delivery was attempted (it wasn’t) and usps said it was available for pickup at the post office at 12::17. They close today (Saturday) at 1pm. The whole of usps has become lazy or weak and utilize the system to become worse and worse about delivery of packages!

Business Mail, payments, and important paper work, take over 2 weeks to be delivered? Mail returned for no reason. mailed delivered back to where is was mailed from not the person or company it was addressed to. this is Unacceptable!!! we have no other postal service and no longer can depend on the oldest service USA has had. Just Sad!!!

My package was to come on the 26th the carrier sent it back to post office... went up there on Saturday was told I would get it by Monday still no package and Noone ever answers the phone

Worse service ever is the 4th time that I have to pick up my package Becuase the person that have the route that belongs to my house have a weight restriction with all do respect that is not my problem, I’m paying to get this delivery and if someone don’t fit the job description well move it to a different area. And the worse is that pick that my box in this condition and when I tell the lady at the counter she said I can call you the manager Becuase I’m busy but is not going to make any difference. Terrible customer service and service!

The most incompetent postal service there could ever be I genuinely cringe everytime I order a package and see that usps is delivering it. Can’t get one simple address right. Claimed that the address wasn’t valid when they’ve delivered packages here. The mail they deliver says the same exact address. Ups and fedex have never had this issue but usps can’t just do a simple delivery. Federal workers more like federal idiots

Went to the post office today 13 July at 1240 and the roll up door was over half way closed so I had to bend underneath to get inside. (They close at 1pm) the two older lady workers was turning people away and saying they are closed even though it was before 1pm. They tried to turn this 70 or 80 something old man away but he said he really needed to ship something out today. They gave him an attitude and told him that he better fill out the certified shipping label before he comes to the counter or they will turn him away. He held it up asking if this was the right one and they purposely annoyed him. The whole time they were complaining among themselves saying they been here all day (even though the post office opens at 10 on Saturdays) and complaining that customers was coming in before closing time. This is the worst USPS I’ve ever been too and will not be coming here again.

Chose to pickup mail at location after I missed a delivery. Wait was relatively short , very kind and helpful staff received my package undamaged so all things considered it was a pleasant experience .

made an appointment to take a passpotr picture and passport appointment and i took a uber there only for them to tell me there photo machine is down and had to walk back home because my phone was down but its the fact that i wasted my uber fare just for them to tell me i have to go somewhere else to get my pics taken and come back money does dot grow on trees i would still have to walk home no matter what but the fact that i have to walk to a store to get mi pic taken and walk back there it was like i wasted my time nand energy i made an appointment for the full package so i wouldnt have to do all that extra going around town wasting money and i still ended up having to do the opposite of what i had planned

the lady working the front desk today on 5/6 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even refused to sell me a roll of tape unless I shipped both of my packages Priority.

Packages are always late. Went to the post office, cashier had attitude the moment I walked up. She was very rude, and was making comments as she was walking away.
Came in another day, package is still missing. Different cashier and same attitude as the other one. Completely dismissive and rude.

Do delivery drivers pass a reading exam before being hired?
My mail is mixed up and delivered to a neighbors almost weekly. Scratch almost weekly. It is all the time.
