I would give zero stars. But I cant. Been waiting on my mail for 3 weeks. Getting mail returned because these people aren't doing their job!!! My daughter cant be what she wants for Halloween. Because these people say I dont live where I live. Even though they gave me keys to my place.
Customer service is crap!!!

Thank you so much to Artemis with full of kindness and smile. You are amazing! I was very nervous but so satisfied with my first visit of experience. Staffs made it great 👍

The type of customer service that makes you realize your issues are an annoyance to these people. Received a callback where the worker wasn’t looking to clarify anything, she was looking for an opportunity to literally yell. My question/issue was not resolved.
