My medical prescription went bad because your driver could not read rush perishable and decided to deliver at 5:45 pm CT vs. first thing in the morning. I have already contacted the VA Pharmacy about this problem.
Update: On June 6, 2024, the female driver was rude, dropped, and never knocked or rang the doorbell. Say it is not her problem if it dropped off damaged again because it's a medical perishable prescription and saying it's over 100 degrees in the van.

Lazy, awful delivery drivers. Watched a UPS guy talking on his cell phone walk up to my door with no package and leave a "sorry we missed you" note and then take off. No knock. No doorbell ring. He wasn't even there long enough for me to get to the door and I watched him walk up from the window and went to open the door that's 8 feet from the window. He sped up the walkway without my package and then bolted back to the truck. Didn't even turn around when I called out to him. Guessing he didn't want to take the time to get the required signature on the item I paid to have expedited. Lazy.
Called UPS and they told me they would reroute the driver back the same day. Never happened. The package I paid for next day delivery on will now be 4.
Closing down my business account and using FedEx exclusively.

Scammed by UPS, not only did UPS deliver my package later then the promised date losing me a lot of my income. They now are refusing to Return to Sender for me to get my package back. How are they allowed to not only charge for bad service but also scam people for returning a package because of their own errors. Never use UPS again.

I constantly have this location update my shipping with “The receiving business was closed and delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day.” It’s a residential address. This location is lazy and just decides to deliver whenever they feel like getting around to it. UPS used to be a good company but their hiring policies have sent the company into the dumpster.

I would give this place no stars but it won't let me. They make up their own hours and the lady at the counter was rude as can be. She needs to go learn some customer service skills. But what do you expect when they do business with the USPS. The automated phone service is horrible and the website is just as bad. On the website it says you have to pay to change your delivery date which is ridiculous. They need to learn on how to get a package to customers on time. I will never use UPS or the USPS to mail packages.

A UPS staff member went above and beyond to help me with receiving my package. Their online services and over-the-phone automatic support services were not very user friendly. I am so happy I went over to the office and had someone help me!

It would just be nice if someone would actually occupy the office when they are open. Don't be surprised if you enter the office during open hours and find customers there wondering when anybody is going to show up. This has been my experience twice this past week as well as a few times last year. There isn't even a bell to ring. (Not that anybody would even be present to hear it if there was one). I can't believe how a non-government business can be this awful.

Picked this location for pick up and apparently they have their own rules that aren’t clarified in the app before you pay the “hold for pick up” fee.. Only the named person on the package can pick up the package, Even if your address on your ID is the same as the one on the package, FIRST AND LAST name AND address have to match. No letters of release or FaceTime calls with the named individual holding their ID with proof of ownership is allowed. Funny how security is so tight for a pick up package yet, they just throw your stuff at your door for anyone to be able to grab. Makes no sense to me

apparently the manager is to busy to help a customer. Also very unprofessional for the counter lady to stop helping a customer to go pay her bills
