Purchased a vehicle on a Friday and the sales associate said he would reach out to me in a few days to see how the vehicle was doing. The following Monday the vehicle started acting up and the check engine light came on. When the sales associate reached out, I told him about the car issues and he stopped responding to texts and didn’t return my call. It’s now Thursday and I’ve already had to put the car in the shop for replacement parts. I’ve had this vehicle for less than a week. I will not be returning to this dealership or recommending it to anyone. Major buyer beware when dealing with this company.

Beware when shopping here. I will not buy another new vehicle, no bring my vehicle back for service, from this dealership. Starting with the very, very shady sales techniques (don’t plan on negotiating any deal and leaving the dealership in less than 4 hours), to the equally shady, or worse, “business office” after the sale (be sure to do your own math when they try to rip you off with additional warrantees, you will likely find out that the total cost does not match up with the monthly costs they quote you), to the slow and inept service department (not the workers, just the system, which is severely broken). Love the vehicle, but I recommend you avoid this dealership.

Service is TRASH! Made an appointment and showed up on time and was told it would be 1.5 or 2 hours before the car would even be looked at. Trash. What the hell are the appointments for?

I have purchased my last 5 vehicles over the years from Armando Valdez and would not go anywhere else. He knows his inventory well and is knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He takes all the guesswork and hassle out of buying and will simplify the process.
An example is I bought a car in 2018 and drove it off the lot in one hour with paperwork and insurance done and could not be happier. Armando has earned all my future purchases and is consistently top salesman for a reason. He does his job extremely well!

I usually have a good outcome with Toyota! This morning I had an appointment at 10:20 am. I waited for an hour and a half before they told me the tech is just now looking at my car. So it would be another 30- to an hour.
Plus, I had my one year old tired, hungry, cranky, boy.
Big Toyota supporter but this morning was not great!
Get it together Toyota!??????

Carson and the whole team are great. Biggest take away for me was the fact that no pressure, they didn't constantly email and bug my wife and I. Very helpful and knowledgeable on their vehicles, made it easy and we got a great SUV!
