I have been working closely with a representative. Of Term Brokers for over two months . While I have been a customer of this Co. for four years , in the last two months Emily Hayes has helped me through some significant Insurance needs , Her willing to guide me through many tasks with attention to each detail was much appreciated. Emily must be such a credit to this business .

Too many tmes I hear that agnts do not call back when their clients are looking/needing information. Seems like 1 or 2 agents are pretty good; the rest need to go find a job somewhere else. Not going to name anyone; you'll figure it out yourself sooner or later but their insurance is at least available compared to other companies in the South.

After calling them for 3 weeks, speaking to multiple reps who promised me they’d get back with more info on our issue, and following up multiple times with no response, these dudes waited the day before the home policy coverage ended to let us know they no longer had carriers in their network. Something that should take no more than 2 hours took 3 weeks with no follow ups or updates and now we are scrambling last minute to prevent a lapse in coverage. They didn’t even apologize in their email about it. This place only cares about money; not it’s customers and can respectfully eat my boogers.
