This bank has been horrible ever since I opened an account. The whole time they have been \\\"changing over\\\" and can't get anything right. Half the time I can't make mobile deposits and no one can explain the error message. I tried to CASH A CHECK (something I consider a basic thing that a bank is capable of doing) but was told it was not from the same bank and couldn't be cashed. They basically only offer secured bank accounts and will only honor the check if you have funds to cover the full check amount already. Hardly worth the trouble of going in, hardly any surcharge ATMs, and hardly a real bank. Go anywhere else.

This bank does not care about it's employees or customers. Lobby is never open. Employees understaffed

I have been a Suntrust member for over a decade now and this is the 4th city I have lived in during that time. This branch is one of the best I have had! It is a very nice building in a great location. The staff always does a great job welcoming you and quickly meeting your needs. Whenever I have had any issues they have done everything possible to help me find a resolution. I will continue to stay a Suntrust member, even with so many local competitors, due mostly to the great service they always provide!
