Our living room carpet is white & our Yorkie has had many accidents on it. I really thought we would be replacing it. As a last ditch effort I called Steam Vac; they are amazing…Ben & his helper have my carpet looking brand new & it’s over 15 yrs old!!Thank you!! The technician David was on time for the appointment, they sent text messages and emails to confirm the appointment and to let me know the technician was on his way. They even sent a picture of the technician so we knew who to expect. The job was thorough and professional. Thank you

Dylan Walter was prompt and provided us great service. He was helpful in things to consider to help our dryer work more efficiently and helped rule out the dryer vent flow as the source of our longer drying times.

I hope I have their names right for Dylan, and Ben did an exceptional job. I thought the carpet was destroyed by previous tenants but they performed a miracle and cleaned the carpet to as close to perfection as possible. I would recommend this company and the workmanship of their two employees.
