I will never go here again. When i walked in there was a woman actually trimming someones shoes for what seemed at least an hour. Some new Nike fadish. I have used this establishment before , shayna was my barber and she did an awesome Job. This time I went an older asian woman( after waiting an hour) was cutting my hair and she butchered it.also seemed to be pushy and had an attitude. I wanted a medium fade keeping most of.my hair on top with a good blend. After the cut it just looked choppy. So I asked her to trim more off.it was not what I envisioned at all. At the beginning I asked if she could also trim and shave my beard ( I thought they use straight razors that was wrong on my part I'll admit never assume anything) but wow it was so bad that I had to go to another barber. I still paid and gave a tip out of courtesy because she recommended another barber I can go to but I've got to wait now till 2pm to get my hair and beard fixed. So almost 4 hours out of my day wasted for a terrible hair cut. I probably should have just waited because the woman who was trimming shoes was taking an hour to do it so she might have been able to do an awesome job with my hair. I'm never going to thus establishment again though. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Sports clips has yet again failed me.

Drea was my stylist and she did an amazing job cutting my hair. Hands down the best haircut I’ve ever got. She took time to make sure it was perfect and talked the whole time which made everything comfortable. I’d give her 20 out of 20 stars if I could

If I could rate it 0 stars I would! my wife was really confident with her but decided to try a different look. She wanted to get an undercut because she has very thick hair, and it was cut a whole 3 inches higher than it should have been! Now instead her hair line being in the back of her head it is now on the top of her head, and when she got home and found out she was devastated and this place has messed up her hair before and “fixed it” before as well but this was the final straw! There is no way to fix this

Decided to try the sports clips here since I have been to others in different states and had a good experience but unfortunately for this location I did not. I don’t remember her name but she was clearly rushing as I further noticed when I got home that hair was missed on the back of my head and the fading was not very good. There is a line instead of a fade. If she was good at her job, the price would have been good but considering I had to fix it, it wasn’t worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Let me just preface this, I fully understand that cutting a todlers hair is going to be difficult which is why as parents we turned to a pro rather than ourselves. I sincerely wish your app would allow Check in notes to let your staff know that it's a toddler coming in so that you can have at least a heads up. All that bring said, your staff needs retraining on common courtesy and attitude. We were assignee Jess and the literal only words she said to us the whole visit verbatim where: "Ok" , "I'll get a booster" and I can't do this if he moves". There was ZERO effort to make our toddler comfortable she didn't even address him, not even a smile just a stank face. I understand that if a todler is upset that we can't exactly expect someone to cut their hair, we are reasonable and totally get it. But we were there for maybe 2 minutes and I am 100% sure that Jess's demeanor contributed to my todler starting to get upset. My wife even had him sit in her lap and pulled out her phone which calmed him but again Jess never spoke to him. My wife picking up on Jess's vibe said "I can tell you don't want to do this" and we left without my son having one hair cut not to mine. Jess didn't even say anything. I get that it's unreasonable to be in a good mood all the time, life is life and you won't be 100% on it but if you're in a bad mood lean on you team to ensure your customers have a good experience or to show that you even made the effort.I'll never be back, thanks for making future visits to a Barber even more difficult now that he has that impression. 2 minutes of total time in your chair = a lifetime of fear at the barber.

Had a great experience with a really friendly and professional staff. Not sure her name, but the stylist with all of the tattoos was extremely nice/talented. Would highly recommend going here for a good fade.Services: Kids' cuts

Jess at the 450 E. Racetrack location did amazing work on my hair today. It is probably the best haircut I’ve had. I was nervous to go at 1st because it is a guys hair spot but my hubby needed a haircut and I thought what the heck just get something done. Glad I did!Services: Haircut

Jess is the best hairstylist I have ever had. She cut my hair perfectly. Will definitely be returning to this place. The facility was clean and everyone was in a good mood. The hairstylists all seemed to work well together.

Called a little over an hour before closing because I couldn't check in online. Had an interview come up for a job last minute and called to make sure it'd be fine showing up. Tells me they can't check me in over the phone but to just drive over and I'll probably be good. Get there 50 minutes before closing and wouldn't get taken. I'm not mad they wouldn't take me but just tell me over the phone when I tell you I'm driving and literally ask. Don't make me drive all the way over to tell me you won't give me a haircut
