Had a great experience with the Southern Sign team. Feeling somewhat intimidated by marketing aspects of starting a business, I was quickly set in a reassuring direction as Rebecca(on site graphic designer) took the time to help me with a design specific for my company and even gave me a few different options to work with. She was patient when I had questions and I’m the end when I was a little overwhelmed with the decision making process, she suggested a design that was perfect and included everything I wanted it to.Terry (owner/operator) was great to work with and ensured a reasonable production time. Prices were equal to what I found online, only with Southern, I had the option to sit with someone and make (and remake) changes and feel confidant when order was placed.

Garbage company! Very unprofessional and they will waste your time. Tried to get help with a project and only got the run around. Being a business owner myself, I am surprised he gets any business, with the way he communicates through email and phone. Save your time and energy and find someone else! Terry does not want to work and will try and push back on you instead of doing his job! Thankfully we didn't go through the entire process with this guy!I am sure the few 5 stars this guy has gotten would be from friends and family or employees! What a joke!

Well after the sign arrived, it looked great. However, it sat completed for 2 weeks at thier shop with no action on getting the sign approved by the county. I only found that out after calling the sign company and saying what's up with it. I had to call the county myself, that's actually supposed to be thier job, to get it approved. Then they come out, hang the sign, and leave it unwired with zero explanation as to why...and this is on a day that we have a nighttime promotion event! So we are left in the dark in more ways than one. To top it all off, I contact the secretary at 1030 am, express my concerns and ask for a call back from someone who knows what's up. With no call back from anyone, I try to make contact 3 more times, all during normal business hours, and they dodge my calls the rest of the day Very unprofessional and very disappointing considering the importance of the signage and the dollar amount I had to spend to have it made, hung, and HOOKED UP. Unless they somehow exhibit extraordinary customer service to compensate, I WILL NOT be using 5his sign company again for any other business I undertake.

I would not use this company. I had them install a sign at my business 3 1/2 years ago. I told them I was unhappy with the crack in the middle of the sign. They said they would fix it and never did. Just recently I had another sign company come out to fix my sign it wasn’t lightning up. When the guys from the other sign company pulled the cover off they found used parts on my sign. They showed me the parts which had harbor written on it from a year of 2011. Don’t be scammed by them. You will just get old parts from other jobs!
