Unhelpful staff long waiting time and store was dusty and unmaintaned there was gum on the door handle and the lady at the counter wasn't sure what she was doing..

Friendly staff, knowledgeable about products and customer needs. They work with each customer to get you what you need. Lots of items in stock, they can order what you need if they dont have it. Large or small orders they treat you the same. Quality products, good fast service.

Our home owners provider said we had to replace our water heater even though it is rarely used and shut off most of the time. We consulted Southern Pipe regarding an electric tankless model. Even though it is not as efficient, we thought it was the perfect options for us since we have limted space and the heater would rarely be used. David at Southern Pipe recommended a RHEEM RTEX-36 and quoted $652.02 total. He recommended this model knowing there is a tub & shower combo plus two sinks in this bathroom. The tub runs water at a little over 5 gallons per minute (GPM). This is standard and you would think that this guy would know that. After installation, another $600 or so, it will not handle the required flow. GUESS WHAT!?! They won't take it back. So much for customer service or trusting a company to be knowledgeable and professional.
