We bought our house from a builder that buys all of their doors and windows from them and they are the best quality windows and doors we have ever had on any home. The 2 panel doors are solid and very nice. We had one problem with one of the doors and the process from calling it in for a warranty claim to the day they came out and fixed it was beyond easy and fast. We also purchased additional doors from them and they are so easy to install and really well prepared. Every person I have spoken with has always been so helpful and polite! Great business, great service, amazing products.

I have been there twice, both time the customer service was bad. The guys in the back do good work but if I don’t need anything custom I’m going to Home Depot.

Let me start with I’ve dealt with Southeastern Sash before. I had my customer go to their showroom to determine what style doors she wanted. She calls me back and told me the sales guy was very rude to her and so she left. I apologized to her on their behalf and decided to go myself. I spoke with Randy (who was also rude) up front and told him what I needed, two French Doors exterior impact 72x80. Total $3361. He informed me it will take 10-14 days. Ordered 11/16/2020. I called the first week of December and left a message regarding the doors. No one returned my call, a couple days later I called and actually got ahold of someone who told me she can’t find my order and she’ll call me back that day. Of course, that didn’t happen. I went into the office around the 8th of December where they told me they were waiting on the glass to build the doors. But they should be done by the end of the week. Once again that didn’t happen. They finally call me Tuesday afternoon around 4pm on the 22nd of December to schedule delivery Wednesday morning and if I couldn’t confirm that my client will be home then the doors won’t be delivered until after January 4th because they’re closed. Doors were delivered on the 23rd and when I got there on the 28th they’re the wrong size. I showed up on January 4th informing them of the and of course the rudeness continues with Randy but says he’ll schedule a pickup and issue me the credit. Back and forth lies with him about when the doors will be picked up and my credit will be issued, I got with Kevin and who informed me that a 5% restocking fee will be added and if that’s a problem call the GM at Ext 213. Called him still no callback. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON PAR WITH MCDONALDS.

0 stars. I had a customer that wanted to use this company, against my knowledge and past experiences I agreed. I measured my customers front door and was super specific as far as specks for height/ width/hinge shape/deadbolt and handle bore and finish of the fiberglass door.I sent my customer with this spec sheet to order the door, Shortly after he arrived I got a call from the smart guy that was taking the order. He made a huge deal about my door width being 1/4inch bigger than standard, tried to embarrass me by challenging my measurements in front of my customer over the phone,They sent the wrong door 2 times, 3rd time the door was 1 inch too tall/hinge bore was round instead of square/ the door knob hole bore was 1/2inch off, oh now they are installing my door for free after holding up my job for 3 weeks to compensate for their many mistakes. Now I don't get paid for my install. I was supposed to install a gel stain and a storm door, but now my customer is not my customer any more and they will have to find another contractor to finish their job and fix the old doorknob hole and repair and repaint the door frame to cover up their mistake. I will be a advocate against this company to any contractors or homeowners that might consider using southern sash. This is one of several jobs that this so called door company messed up, wrong door sizes/swinges incomplete frames. Its because they are all know it all and are cocky, no modesty... I am a small local business owner. And for southern sash fourth times a charm...

Got a custom front door, only a few years old. They refused to service glass replacement even though I bought the whole door with glass and everything. Their excuse, “ the glass company that used to work with them was out of business.” I bought the door from them with the glass that THEY installed and now that it needs repairs because of faulty installation, they don’t want to deal with it. Just be aware of this practice if you are planning on spending more than 5k on a door like I did.

Friendly and did a great job on all my doors and windows! A lot of custom work; 2.5 years later and still loving it. We had to replace the front window a few times to get it perfect and free of factory flaws but done in a timely manner.

super products at a decent price point, like factory to you. Have purchased windows, doors, hardware, multiple types over the years and always pleased with the products and services. They will custom order for you as well. Your go to place if you are a do it yourself type person

I had 6 people come look at my closet to give me a quote to install a frame and door, and then never heard back from any of them. Luckily I found Hal, who provided exceptional customer service. For us, it has been difficult to find reliable tradesmen in the Watersound / Rosemary beach area ... and I can't recommend Hal at Southeastern Sash & Door highly enough if you need help with a window(s) or door(s).

I was sent to this business today by my contractor to purchase bifold doors. The showroom is very nice. Upon entering, not one employee wore a mask, even though every single patron that walked in wore one. After 35 minutes of waiting, the guy who waited on us was rude (as he was the customer before me) and did not know they even sold bifold doors but found out they indeed do, which were overpriced. Needless to say, I should have listened to my gut and left when I saw they clearly do not care about their customers if EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that walked in wore a mask and none of sales team did.
