I adopted 2 twin boys, both a beautiful white, 14 years ago-Buddy and Frankie. We recently lost Frankie (heart failure) and we still have Buddy. These are indoor only cats (they’ve never been outside). Both have been the most loving, sweet cats we have ever had. BUDDY is my sweet cat who follows me everywhere, and sleeps with me every night. They have been extremely healthy. SOCKS WAS WONDERFUL.

This place is absolutely disgusting and very inhumane!!! I’ve gone twice, 2nd time thinking the first time visiting was an “off-day”….nope…this is how they truly run their operation. Seriously, someone’s please help save these cats from misery!! It’s completely sad. Those conditions are horrible!
I’m reporting them to the county. No animals should live in filth like that!!! Yuck! And the women who work there are rude and just want money.

My husband and i met Milo at PetSmart and immediately fell in love head over heals with him. We are so happy we got to adopt him from you guys. He's been home for 3 days and is perfect and so snuggly

The staff is absolutely amazing! Very kind and friendly. The prices are very affordable!! I am giving them 4 stars because the smell of the clinic is unbearable to me. My nostrils were literally burning the few times I went inside.

They don’t take kitten unless you pay them 300$. Non profit, I get it, but I wasn’t going to put the thing back in the road.

I visited this shelter 5 years ago and was so impressed by the care and attention they show to the animals here that I still donate whenever I can, all these years later. Keep up the good work, good folks!

SOCKS is an asset to this community and we will continue to support them as best we can. They are our charity of choice.

This place probably changed my life forever. As I write this, Gemma is curled up on the bed with me while I drink coffee and read a book. I couldn’t ask for a better Saturday morning.
Last week I came into the shelter and let them know I was coming home with a cat that day. I have been wanting a cat for months and I finally made what’s been the best decision ever and walked into SOCKS. I told them the type of cat I wanted (friendly, loves to be petted, low maintenance, needs to be okay with me being gone half the day as I’m in the military.) Originally I was looking at younger cats. But when they showed me Gemma Bella and told me her background story, I knew I found my cat-soulmate!
I’m learning so much about cats now and already have her set up for a check up with the vet they recommended. SOCKs has also been helpful when it comes to her dietary needs.
I’ve only had her a week but my friends and coworkers already have noticed how happy she makes me.
Cats improve our quality of life for sure and I strongly recommend adopting from SOCKs.

This is a warm, friendly environment that you can meet & greet potential kittens and cats that are up for adoption. The staff here are always smiling and super friendly! They truly are all wonderful !

Very sweet and kind humans working here ? they are super knowledgeable and go out of their way to memorize each unique cat and their personalities and ailments. I love it here !
