After several years of continued support and business which has included a number of custom jewelry items I can no longer recommend this company nor Eric Borcik the manager. After so many years this gentleman turned nasty after I had some concerns on the last item I ordered over a year ago. Then after waiting so long he rushed it out over two weeks not to the specifications nor design I had asked for and overcharged for the weight of white gold used though I was told by their shop assistant I was being given a great deal! Eric then proceeded in a text, a personal rant to tell me not to shop there or speak to him again as I was not welcome! This is not the kind of service one gives to loyal customers who have spent many hundreds of dollars at this establishment. Therefore all patronage is withdrawn.

The people seem very nice, but my rating of it 2 is only in reference to their pricing of silver. The price of silver when I entered the shop was $29 spot and they tried to charge me a nine dollar premium on silver rounds which I think is quite high and not in accordance with the market rate. I personally will be shopping somewhere else for a fair deal on silver.
Update - I have lowered my rating to a 1 star and it would be zero! If I could.
After writing my above review the owner of the shop wrote this:

Thank you for taking the time to post a review, I would like to give you some facts that you seem to be either unaware of or just stupid. The day you came in to inquire about the silver rounds spot was at $29.63. SD Bullion, APMEX, and JM Bullion had generic rounds selling for quantity from 1 to 19 paying by check or money order at $35.17 each. Then you have to pay for shipping. When you buy local, you do not pay for shipping, and you get to pick from the selection on hand. So when you state information about market rate, get the facts correct. I will be glad to sell you at spot then charge you a handling fee, local premium fee and a fee to deal with folks like you who need to spend money on soap before you go out in public. That fee will be ten dollars added to each silver round for every minute we have to be within smelling distance of you. I have no problem if you don't come back, I have no problem if you do, l also appreciate the kind words about my staff, but what I don't appreciate is you either stupidity or just lack of the facts.
I only wish people knew about our capitalistic nation; you don't have to buy from us if we cannot agree on a far transaction, but to post a review because you feel that our prices are too high is ridiculous. You must be a democrat and identify as a woman or a tree. I tell you what, you go to work and ask for a pay cut, because whatever they are paying you for whatever you do is too much.”

No need to defend against such foolish and offensive speech but I will say I got a better deal on silver at another shop that was fair and closer to spot price.

Eric Borcik is a BEAST when it comes to jewelry and repair!!! Took my chain and pendant and made it look better than when it was brand new!!! You have to check these guys out, custom engraving and some sick guns. Customer service was out of this world and they are ready to help you out! Cannot thank you enough!!!

I was in NW Florida with friends on a trip from Miami, we were just out and about, and things have certainly changed in FWB and Destin. I was happy to see some places that have stood the test of time, and this was one of them. I was so happy to see ya'll are still there. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to really look around much and ya'll were busy. Maybe next time we'll try again. 5 stars because the last times I shopped there, it was great, and it was way before Google, reviews and smartphones, lol! Hope to see you again!

The watch smith is wonderful!!! He offers a lifetime warranty on watch batteries! $25.00!! Holy moly excellent price right?? Don't worry if you loose your receipt, as he marks the inside of the watch to know he serviced it. I've had excellent results every time I came in and will happily continue to utilize their jewelry service. The jewelry selection is mind blowing! The prices reasonable. No public restrooms, just know that in case . Call them and check on what you may want done before you go, they are very cordial! Thank you!

Lots of items for decent prices, I use to go here in the 1990's when that 80's and 90's audio equipment was around. Hard to find that stuff anymore, I bought some dbx amps from them, I still have them. Nowadays audio video equipment ain't the same. Still, it's a great place to stop in and see what they have.

Nice people but I recommend they drop prices on their silver. I over paid and I knew it but I needed certain dates on franklin halves and bit the bullet. I would have bought more if their prices was say 10% lower. It's their shop and they can charge what they want. There's more there than just coins. I was there just for silver.
