Very helpful, I use them to ship packages. edt. Awhile back I kicked my boyfriend out and sent him back to Massachusetts. Went here to ship his things. Computer, monitor, rice cooker, bass guitar and amp and few other things. They packed it up and all arrived in good shape.

Qwik Pack & Ship went above and beyond to get a backordered automotive part shipped to us. With the current supply chain issues affecting businesses like ours, Qwik Pack & Ship saved one of our customers time and money. They picked up a part we needed for automotive repairs from their local Dealership (the only dealership in the state that had the part) and coordinated payment with us over the phone since we are in a remote location far from the Dealership local to them. Lisa had excellent customer service and was very friendly. I highly recommend Qwik Pack & Ship, give them a try

Very convenient. Super easy. So much better than having to drive to Walter Martin post office wait in long lines with one super slow employee working in slow motion, under staffed to death,,, when there should be at the very least 4 working the front. And at least 3 or 4 MORE working in the back. Who ever is running that place should be prosecuted indefinitely. I dealt with that for over 30 agonizing years. For the past 15 plus years, I have been going to Qwik Pack for notary to drop offs to pack n ship, etc etc. Love this place, the employees are great n very helpful. Thank you Qwik Pack.

One stop destination for all my shipping, printing and gifting place. Great customer service and very helpful staff. They also do finger prints and notary. Offers better prices then any other shipping stores.

My 1200 dollar part was not packed correctly. Just thrown in a box. and showed up busted. Going to cost me a additional 400 to fix. Go somewhere elts!!

We were scheduled Monday Dec 27 at 2pm to get a fingerprint background test done. We walk in and we are rudely told that “I turned it off for the day” but we were not told in advance!! We go out to the parking lot get ahold of the hiring company, we finally get a website to reschedule. We get the noon appointment. Booked and confirmed! We get here and we are told HE JUST WENT TO LUNCH YOU HAVE TO COME BACK IN ABOUT 30 minutes!! Are you serious! They KNEW there was an appointment and he goes to lunch! This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO! DONT GO HERE! This is so ridiculous!

Had an appointment to get fingerprinted and rudely informed after an eyeroll when I walked in, that he could not run the store and fingerprint at the same time. No one else was in there or could understand being busy. Very poor customer service!
