Grabbed more items for the week. More flamin hot products, Fritos and cheese puffs too, both are my favored. More cold brew flavored coffee for my husband, he's finished a bottle. My husband mentioned we bought less than half of the cart of my SIL and paid a lot more. Probably because we bought specific brands of food items?

Sondra was so sweet and extremely helpful!! She was able to get my husbands medication filled right away, and she doesn’t even know what an issue we had getting his prescription transferred over to this location from a different pharmacy. She was just being a kind and caring person that you can tell enjoys what she does. We are now even happier with our decision to transfer here from CVS. So not only is Publix cheaper, but they are genuinely kinder here and want to help whoever calls or walks up. Thank you so much again Sondra and Publix Pharmacy for being extremely helpful and so nice!! We truly appreciate it!!

Their Associates do their best at making sure you get the best customer service they're able to give, based on how busy it gets there. But I can only assume it gets so busy because when people come to visit, they go back to that store for their quality and friendly staff :)

Here we are, 2 months later. Same rude pharmacist telling wrong dates for medication pickups.Requested medication on Wednesday to be filled Saturday am. I called Saturday am to pick up before work and pharmacy refused to fill it until later in the afternoon. Unwilling to work with me. Ridiculous!

This is a good store to have walking distance to our Florida home and I use them as a fill a void shopping, as their prices seem higher than other local stores. Their deli area is very clean and the sandwiches they make are very good for boating trips, I have never been disappointed with the quality of their deli and selections.

I understand supply issues, but it does not take 4 days to let me know my asthma medication that I NEED IN ORDER TO BREATHE is backordered and not available. It does not take 4 days to ask me if I would like to pick it up from another store, in the most bored, disinterested, unhelpful way possible. I called CVS and they immediately told me they had multiple boxes on hand, so I'll be filling my future Rx there from now on. Sad, because we've gotten our Rx at Publix for years and never had issues. Bye.

There was a time when I would have highly recommended this store and company. While Covid and politics have reshaped the way we must do things for safety and society - I personally have noticed a significant "shift" in general perception, reception, professionalism and equality.

Got a major surgery, went to get my prescription, she said they’d be done in an hour - perfect, we’ll come back. We got back 2.5 hours later, STILL NOT FILLED. At this point my doctor wanted the medication in my system and the surgery medication was already worn off - not good. After going in circles and back and forth with the workers, they decided to finally fill them while we stood there and waited. Very rude and will be choosing a different pharmacy from now on.

Every experience here has been horrible. It took them 3 days to fill a prescription. Second time I tried to use them, called ahead to make sure it was ready when I got there (almost 2 days after my doctor said they sent in it) was told it would be ready in an hour. Went in my lunch break and it had jot even been worked on yet and was being filled for the wrong amount. So I had to wait even longer for them to correct it.

Worst pharmacy in town. I had actually forgotten last year, when getting a flu shot, stating that there was no way I would come back. I now remember why. Completely disorganized, painfully slow at every task to the point it seems purposeful. Go somewhere else.
