Rob and Duston are the two I seek out, and greet by name. They're amazing. -- The Operations/Store Manager is a familiar face, and has been there 28 years. The rest of the crew are all familiar as well, but Rob and Duston.

“I had to make time to post this review. I have chosen this Mary Esther cutoff UPS location to mail to take care of my shipping needs, which it's not often. I am ALWAYS provided with great customer service, no thought. My most recent wonderful experience was on Monday 12 August, at around 5:00 pm. There were 3 young ladies who immediately greeted me with smiles and welcoming words. I was so relieved after leaving the UPS partner location on Beal Parkway near Racetrack road. That lady was very condescending and rude. I chose to not give her the time of the day or my business, so I drove to Mary Esther cutoff UPS.
The ladies shared the hectic Monday had experienced. I told them I was amazed that all 3 of them still had such authentic high spirit and willingness to help customers.
I hardly leave reviews, but I had to let UPS customers know, this is the place to take your business to. Hope this helps UPS customers and the 3 ladies get recognize for going above and beyond.”
“Amazing staff! Literally made me cry as they were so kind to wait and make sure my package went out on time. I was shipping breast milk and the manager knew what it was so he informed his staff to be on the lookout. just the fact that he knew how important the package was made me beyond grateful.”

“Dale and the crew are outstanding. First time dealing with them, but will not be the last. We had a very complex job for presentation to high echelon persons. Every step of the way, they were on top of it, even inviting me in to lay out EXACTLY what was expected. Even made a couple of suggestions on a better look for a few of the pages. Proofs were delivered early and expertly done. Awaiting final product, but I'm sure it'll be awesome.”
