I cannot say enough about the excellent service above and beyond by Jeff at Precision Auto Glass. Our windshield and sun roof broke due to an unfortunate meeting with an orange construction barrel. Jeff rejected the first replacement roof and found us one that was perfect. Not sure if we would have known the difference. If you are looking for an honest, professional auto glass repair shop, this is the place.

A year ago, we took a 2018 Honda Odyssey to Jeff Crawford and his staff for a windshield replacement (non-insurance) prior to having full tint done on the vehicle. When we picked up the car, all systems, including interactive cruise control were 100%. Due to Honda reprogramming the computer system and performing recall work between then and now, the system lost calibration. The Honda dealership (Murfreesboro, TN) attempted to calibrate the car but claimed they were unsuccessful due to the non-OEM windshield. Nevertheless, they charged me $411.55 (!) and left me with non-operational cruise control and flashing lights on the dash display. Today, in less than 9 minutes’ dynamic calibration time on the road Jeff’s folks had the car back in full working order. Cost? NO CHARGE. As Jeff says, “We stand behind our work.” I HIGHLY recommend this excellent local business, and I will never go anywhere else for glass service.

The people working here were very nice, and were very knowledgeable. I had a leak in my car near the windshield and they were able to sort it out in a few hours. They specialize in glass (hence the name) and they fixed my leak which was on the body of my car even though they didn't have to. They were very nice and I recommend this place :)
