Perfect Imprints customer service has been very responsive and helpful. I have worked with them for several years and the orders are processed in a timely manner. Very nice people to work with for our basketball tournament supplies.

Wow, what great service! I had a rush order needed in less then a week, thought it wouldn't be possible, and so many times companies make the promise, but do not come through. Well, not only did they keep me in the loop on status the whole time, but my order arrived a day early!!! Way to go!! They were so pleasant and professional to deal with and their prices are fair and reflect the high quality of their products. I am so glad we chose to use Perfect Imprints for our wedding coozies, and we haven't even received them yet. Ordering with them was so easy and their staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were reasonably priced and made sure our order looked exactly how we wanted them. Responses were super quick which helped ease any anxiety I had as the bride. I cant wait to receive them and to have a special reminder from our wedding day.
