Okaloosa Island Pier was nice. We didn't see dolphins, sharks, stingray like others have but there was lots of people fishing that day. The cost was only $2 a person to walk the pier.

Unfortunately, it was cold and windy, so it was not a pleasant experience. I've been there in the summer and caught a lot of fish. It's easy to access with a beach cart also.
