I highly recommend this vet clinic! While there are veterinarian offices much closer to me, I gladly make the 45-minute drive because of the exceptional care they provide. They’ve always taken great care of my dog, Archie, and are incredibly accommodating, even fitting me in on short notice. The staff is super professional and friendly, and you can trust them to take excellent care of your furry family members

I’m officially changing my review. So YEARS ago my cat got crystal in his bladder or whatever it was. I didn’t know what it was at first all I knew is my cat was sick. I PAID THEM EMERGENCY VISIT to see him. From what I was told he was kept in the back because he wouldn’t pee for them. I told them to do a urinary track infection test. They told me it was unnecessary. Later that day I get him back and he’s still sick. So I rush him to the emergency vet in nicevillie. They had to do emergency surgery because northside basically sat on their asses. THEN; I call them the next day and told them what happened and they agreed to keep him over the weekend so I didn’t have to pay $1000 a night at the other vet. Well I call on Monday and go to pick him up and they give me a prescription that northside said “never expires” well almost 4 years later and just moved to another state; NORTHSIDE REFUSES TO SEND ME ANOTHER Prescription card. They said because he hasn’t been seen by them in 3 years. (Well duh! You almost killed him in the first place!) I just need a copy of the “never expiring” prescription card. Well they told me NO. Well fudge you too NORTHSIDE. I should have wrote this years ago when I had issues with you. But now I’m officially over it. HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE!

I was absolutely amazed with the service of this clinic! They took good care of my baby, they are gentle, they also make sure to give a follow up phone call to check in to see how your dog is doing. I definitely recommend these guys I’ve never been more pleased and their prices are definitely affordable!!! Thank you Northside

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. I brought both of my dogs and my cat here for a series of exams, vaccines, lab work and preventions..... all totaling over $1500. That said, they did NOT have any rabies tags for several months and LOST BOTH of my dogs samples that were to be sent off to the lab.... TWICE!!! YES, TWICE!!!! I had to fight to get anything from them including a fake apology! This takes unprofessional to a whole new level. I still stayed with them, even after all of this, out of LOYALTY.... but today, however, I found out that they NEVER recorded important medical information in my dog's chart so there was never any record of his injury last year! I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED WITH HOW THIS CLINIC IS RUN!

I am pleased to say that with the upcoming storm, the clinic did reach out. They put an order in to fill anxiety/sedation medications for both of my dogs.... we shall see if they get filled sometime today. Because of this, I changed my rating from⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

In awe..Simply the best. Have had many experiences with vet offices, I’ve never been to a vet’s office with such genuinely caring vets & staff. May they allll be blessed back 10 fold by the love & care they have given for two of my precious furry friends (& I suspect many many others). Forever grateful.

My first time coming was the worst of days. Paws clinic told me my dog had osteosarcoma and would need to be put down soon. It was at the beginning of covid and no one was allowed inside anywhere. I didn't want my dog put down without me there. They took us in last minute and put her to sleep outside in their yard so I could be there. And so could her other dog companion. Meant the world to me. Fast forward a few months and I adopted another dog. This poor dog has mass cell tumors. Every year I've had her she has had to have at least one removed. She has been through it in life so I feel blessed to have found this vet office. Every person there is in it for the animals. From the techs ,assistants, blood work people, and doctors ,they all treated my animals with such grace. Thank you all ❤️ Highly recommended ?

My cat is extremely important to me! He is on a special diet due to bladder crystals and when my previous vet and chewy couldn’t help me with his food, Northside was there!! He also goes there for routine checkups and emergencies! Everyone is so kind and very sweet to my Bean. I have nothing bad to say about them at all! Also very affordable and great reminders about vet visit/vaccination needs.

I've been using Northside for a while (2+ years) and at the beginning, it was good. Now, not so good. There's no lack of empathy but the environment has changed to "get 'em in and charge as much as possible". This is about as fair as I can put it without really being mean. Just the other day, I took an animal in for care that lasted no more than ten minutes and the bill was $200.00 plus. The person who saw the animal was not professional and didn't even do an exam. Just came in, listened to my concerns, leaned over the animal for a quick look and prescribed medication. They didn't even want to provide a follow up appointment. I'm currently looking for another location to take my pet. I would not recommend. There are better.

Over the past year we took our beloved fur baby, Poli to Dr. Becky Cochran for care and always received the best treatment, not just treatment but the best bedside manner, care and concern for her medical issues. Sadly with great grief and sadness we took her in to be put to rest 3/21, she was ready. I have never in my whole life felt genuine love and compassion at a veterinarian office. We highly recommend Dr Cochran and her assistant, all the staff at Northside Veterinary Clinic. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care you gave Poli as she crossed Rainbow Bridge ???

My first time here....they listen and respond to my animals specific needs and my concerns. However, after my pet had surgery and they took staples out, they missed one. Went in again and had them remove and check over. Now I found another one that was missed. I probably won't be returning there.
