I wasn't impressed if I'm honest. I totally understand and respect diagnostic fee, but they incorrectly diagnosed my problem. I took my car in, it was leaking power steering fluid from the boot to the tie rod end. I assumed the steering rack was leaking and took it in. They told me it was the power steering pump instead. I asked them if they were sure because it was leaking from the boot and they said it was probably leaking down and dripping off of the outside of the boot. That's fair, I didn't inspect it closely. With a price tag of $900-something, though I told him that I could do the pump at home myself. Obviously they aren't hurting for business since it takes over a week to get into any shop here. I got it home and took a closer look and as soon as I poured power steering fluid in it without starting the car, it started dripping. Had my wife get in and turn the wheel with the car still off and I could hear the fluid gurgling inside of the rack. I ended up replacing the rack myself too, one because I couldn't wait another 2 weeks for my car to be fixed and two because I didn't trust them to replace parts correctly if they can't diagnose. Probably would have totalled $2500-$3000 if they had done the pump and then found that wasn't the actual problem. Rack cost me $300 and had to buy some tools and spend a Saturday. Diagnostic fee down the drain.

We had a car towed to Neese's that a family member had begun working on. Unfortunately, he passed away before he finished the work. Not only was the work completed in a timely manner, we were kept informed on the work and the cost. I'll bring my car to them, even though I'm an hour away.Thank you for getting the car back on the road!

I made an appointment for an oil change since I had to wait for it to be done. They said they would get me in and out quickly. It took 2 plus hours. They said they had a problem with the filter. It obviously leaked oil because when I got it home, it dripped oil all over my driveway. I looked at the underneath of the engine and there is oil everywhere. Either they didn't clean up the mess they made or it is leaking. Either way this company can't change oil. They don't care. I would not recommend this company .

Hands down the best repair shop in the Pan Handle. Friendly, honest, well priced, and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I towed my 02 Dodge Ram diesel to them after being screwed by three local mechanic shops, and Neese got the job done. Honestly, I recently moved a few states away, but I’d still consider transporting my dodge to Neese and back instead of finding a shop where I’m currently located. That’s how well they did. I highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Neese Automotive. You will not be let down!Services: Transmission

It was really nice of them to press a bearing out and put a new one in for me. They made me laugh and smile and made it easy without interrogating me over a simple request. 10/10 will come here again for all future issues I have

Update again. After not having heat, i have now realized they drained my coolant system only to not refill it. Lucky they didn't total my motor. These people should never touch your vehicle.

Very disappointed in this company! We brought our vehicle there and trusted them to fix it. After 1.5 years our truck broke down in the middle of the freeway because this company incorrectly installed parts on a timing chain repair. They not only refused to resolve the matter but we're rude to both us and the ford certified mechanics diagnosing the problem. We were met with disrespectful language and they bluntly hung up on us multiple times. They also advertise a warranty on their website but be aware that it does not cover a large amount of repairs. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through this.

I was charged $133.75 for diagnostics only and told I need a wheel alignment and front and rear shocks replaced. They also messed with the camera in my car which had no connection to them performing the diagnostics on my car. Why would they do that; mess around with things in my car that had nothing to do with the job they should be don't...?My gut told me to go to PepBoys who stated that they would not go ahead and change the 'struts' on my vehicle just yet since the problem I am having is the car shaking at high speeds, above 60They stated that aligning and balancing the wheels may very well fix the problem, but if not, then we can go from there and take the next step, since replacing the struts and aligning and balancing would cost me close to $2500But aligning and balancing is less than $100All in all, I will not be going back to Neese. I do not feel safe with them nor their recommendations ?PepBoys all the wayService: General repairs & maintenance
