“I had to make time to post this review. I have chosen this Mary Esther cutoff UPS location to mail to take care of my shipping needs, which it's not often. I am ALWAYS provided with great customer service, no thought. My most recent wonderful experience was on Monday 12 August, at around 5:00 pm. There were 3 young ladies who immediately greeted me with smiles and welcoming words. I was so relieved after leaving the UPS partner location on Beal Parkway near Racetrack road. That lady was very condescending and rude. I chose to not give her the time of the day or my business, so I drove to Mary Esther cutoff UPS.
The ladies shared the hectic Monday had experienced. I told them I was amazed that all 3 of them still had such authentic high spirit and willingness to help customers.
I hardly leave reviews, but I had to let UPS customers know, this is the place to take your business to. Hope this helps UPS customers and the 3 ladies get recognize for going above and beyond.”
