lowes used to be a great place to shop. Self checkout sucks. The guy in front of me was able to steal some merchandise and I honestly cheered him on ...quietly. LOWES doesn't care about customer service anymore simply their bottom line. Unless it's unavailable I will shop thru Amazon. If I have to self check out I wa t to do it from the comfort of my living room

I would not recommend Lowe's for anything at this point in time. I purchased over $1400 in lumber and had them deliver it, only to find out that 1/3 of it is garbage and unusable lumber. I tried to call the store and nobody ever answered in the delivery department after six calls in waiting over 10 minutes per call. I called the one 800 number and was advised the local store would come out to pick up the unused portion of the lumber I purchased on Monday, 19 February. It is now Wednesday, 21 February. No one has come out. I keep getting the runaround from the 800 number, the store, their website And Facebook. Absolutely horrible service and I will not be a customer there any longer.

Ms Nichol help me so much... Lowe's don't loose her as employee!!! She knows her stuff... She's always helpful and has a great attitude... She stopped what she was doing to help me!!!

Lowes is short on check-out staff in the garden department, especially at this time of year when gardeners (in Florida, anyway) are seriously getting started on their spring gardens. Very long waits to check out, with just one check-out open. Other than that, Lowe's garden center is fantastic!

We have purchased three appliances through this Lowe's and Greg has helped us each time. If you need to purchase an appliance, make sure you find Greg. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and witty. Whenever we have appliance questions or are looking to purchase, we make sure to find Greg.

Went in to die to get corrugated metal for a project. The metal was already corroded and in rusty shape. It had apparently gotten wet and they put it out anyway. We ended up having to go to home Depot. Normally we love to go to Lowe's first.

I like Lowe’s better than hone depot in most cases, but this store has so many issues.Their employees are rude and incompetent. Today had my latest issue of waiting 15 min for someone to cut a piece of lumber when there was not even 20 cars in the parking lot! Then I’m the bad guy because I inconvenienced the lady by pressing the assistance button twice after the callouts for help stopped. The lady that checked me out was so rude and didn’t know what she was doing. She charged me double for the items I had purchased, but the return counter took care of me and put the money back on my card.Once they took over the craftsman brand, they don’t stock good brand power tools anymore. Even the layout is overcrowded and employees can’t find items that are in stock.Overall, this store is poorly managed and it shows by the type of employees that work there. I’ll be at the Home Depot down the road for a few years until they gain my trust back.

Truly awful customer service and management. To give you an idea of the dysfunction -- I've been in line for 30 minutes with two other folks waiting for someone to work the paint desk. About a dozen employees have walked by and so far only one has tried to help. She put out a call on P.A. system which went unanswered, then went to several managers and reported back that they couldn't help. She said that none of the other employees know how to help with paint. When one of the customers in line asked what else could be done she replied "Just shoot me now."

Lowes Employees is very knowledgeable of where products are displayed in the Store and they know the answers to most questions if it is about home improvement.
