They will continuously raise your rates until theu are over double what every other company charges. Spoke to Kim at this location who was very rude and refused to help me get a different quote.

Absolutely top notch! Larry and Christy have been in business for over 50 years and their level of service is unparalleled. I had a concern about a homeowners policy and voiced my concerns to Larry. He called me immediately and was so kind, and patient and eager to help. He bent over backwards and jumped through hoops to make sure I was a satisfied customer!Thank you Larry for your awesome professionalism. ;)

Mr. Patrick has been in the business for a long time and is always there to answer any questions. If you need to get a quote or looking to bundle your policies, give him a call. He makes it very easy and answers anything that might come up.

After 25 years with the same large nationally branded insurance company I have decided to change companies. Just like many other large companies they started to take my business for granted and their level of service deteriorated to the point that I no longer felt like a welcomed and valued customer. They go all out for their customers !!!! I'm proud to say, I go through State Farm for my Life Insurance and Auto Insurance. Larry Patrick and his team is the best. In a scale from 1 to 10, they get a 100, cause their customer service is so good, it's off the charts.
