Bought a safe from this place, now live out of state. Safe was sold to me with a wrong booklet, wrong serial number / combo. Called to get receipt per liberty. Guy on the phone was a complete a$$hole, offered so send in copy of my ID for verification guy became even more of an a$$hole. Incompetent and horrible customer service. Guess you have to check everyones work these days.

I have been dealing with Jimmy's since the 1970s. I have never had any problems whatsoever, The staff is always very helpful and courteous.

I called ahead of time about trading in my firearm, explained what it was and the gentleman on the phone told me to bring it in. Guess I drove all the way there just to be told they don't need anymore of this type. I will add that while I was waiting for it to be looked at, 2 other workers walked by and said it was in great condition. He was real cryptic about buying it from me, I'll just leave it at that...

0/10. Attempted to make a $2,000 purchase despite their overpriced mark up on everything because I wanted to support my local business. The salesmen acted like he was annoyed I was in their spending money and every question I asked was met with a condescending response that I tried to ignore but eventually led to me walking out in the middle of the deal. There are too many other fire arms dealers in Pensacola with better prices and customer service. It seems Jimmys employees are under the impression that it’s the local community’s job to support their business, and not the business job to support the local community. I have no plans to walk back inside jimmys any time soon, possibly ever. In this economy you would think they would be trying to retain local customers but they seem more determined to talk down to them and run themselves out of business.

Great store. Bought several firearms from them. Their staff is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices are competitive, and they tend to carry more than just typical inventory items.

Since my first visit in 1988 as a young airman ... I lost track of how many enjoyable visits and transactions to include my first AR purchase... Also, my sons first gun was obtained here (a new family tradition). To this day I refer folks from far away to come see... A true landmark of FWB. Roy , Amy and Mike are family... Rude staff. Took a deposit for a layaway. Broke my leg the next week and wouldn't even give me store credit for my deposit. Straight up stole from me, won't ever come here again.
