The BEST auto shop I have ever been to. My vehicle has needed several repairs this past year and Holmes went above and beyond each time with customer service and quality of work. They have worked with my tight schedule, provided inspection photos, and were very upfront about repair timelines and pricing. No surprises and quick turnaround times. They even cleaned my windshield when I brought my vehicle in after a roadtrip for a brake issue. Would highly recommend Holmes Auto to anyone looking for auto repair.

Outstanding customer service! Was traveling through town and had a wheel bearing going bad. Holmes didn't have an opening, but they called all over town and found a reputable repair shop to help me that same day to get me back on the road. My thanks to Holmes Auto Repair for their super help to me--it was much needed and appreciated.

Holmes is always gracious and kind about their service. I had to have my car towed from Destin over to homes they cut me appraised of what the problem was and the cost. The car was ready when promised. In all it was a most favorable experience working with homes for the first time except for the two times they checked my car and didn't charge me. They're the best you'll find.
