If you need your nose swabbed for any tests, don't go here! They swab my son three separate times to roll out Covid/Flu:strep/ all negative, then lab test to check if it’s viral or bacterial sinus infection (results won’t be in Monday). My son has fever and miserably coughing that’s why we came hoping to see a doctor to get some relief but we walked out with no relief. In the meantime, my son will be miserable all weekend until the results back on Monday.What PA said, drink lots of liquid and over the counter cough meds. We already tried that at home for days that didn’t work.

They advertise they’re open till 4 PM. I arrived at 3:30, and was told that the last patient for the day had just been accepted. So, in fact, they close at 3:30 as far as a patient is concerned. So if you’re across town like I was and arrive 30 minutes in advance of the closing time you’re out of luck. They should advertise the closing time correctly.

I have to say of all the Urgent cares I’ve been too, this one was really good.. of course it took awhile but they all do. They were professional, courteous and pleasant. Not sure why such a low rating but I’ll definitely go back when needed.

If you need your nose swabbed for any tests, don't go here! I left with a bloody nose and a headache and no relief given for my ailmentI will be reporting this facility to the Florida Department of health. I feel like I was abused. What a horrible experience..

What a breath of fresh air the team at this office are … and that was very appreciated since I couldn’t breathe from this paraflu!! My experience here was 10 stars! Wish I lived in Florida they would be my primary care. From the reception to the nurses - especially NP Mrs. Blackwell. She listened and made me feel like I mattered and she just “got me” . Thank you to such a caring medical team ???

We were on vacation here and my four year old wasn't feeling well. We got there right as they opened, were seen quickly and the doctor was so great with my son. We were in and out and got a prescription nearby in no time. If possible, get there early because the waiting room filled up by the time we left.

1/10, would not recommend this urgent care whatsoever. I wasted 200$ out of pocket just to be told they cannot help me. They were rude and Dr. Seigal basically told me there's nothing he can do for me since I was a first time patient. Anyone with basic medical knowledge in the area I came in for wouldn't be hesitant to help in my situation. They took my money and didn't give me any solution. I will not recommend this Urgant Care to anyone local to Okaloosa County. The ladies at the front desk didn't smile once to me and were very short. I understand they work everyday, but there's no reason to be rude to someone paying for your services. Go see Dr. Kyle at Niceville Urgent Care. He is very kind and knowledgeable in every aspect of the medical field. He will not hesitate to help you and won't waste 2.5 hours of your time like Dr. Siegel did with me waiting for an answer.

I had such a pleasant experience here even though I wasn’t feeling so well the staff was amazing and they got me in and out with a quickness! The office manager very pleasant and very helpful and the girls at the front desk are amazing. Dr Siegel and his nurses took such great care of me, it was the most pleasant experience you could have while being sick you could have!

The other day I had an appointment for 9:45. At 11:30 I still had not even been called to the back. If you actually want to be seen go to WhiteWilson Navarre. Also if you are an employer please don't use this facility unless you want to waste hours of your employee's productivity.The PA and nurses were wonderful though.
