Would like to leave a review on the Good will hear in FORT WALTON BEACH FL..on the store and Employee...Had a great experience recently...when I ventured in the store ...it was clean ..orderly ..the associate were ..Friendly particular ..TAMMIE ...She was friendly ...her attitude was great .. she worked talked while caring out her duties ...just wanted to say ..it was a gratifying experience..and will come 🫴 again and tell all my friend..Good Employees TAMMIE ..The other ones were ok too....BUT TAmmie .. custom care skills are PHENOMENAL 👏

I usually avoid all Goodwill's but on Saturday, this store has a great color tag deal. And there regular prices are actually equal to or even less then regular thrifts nowadays. The workers have always been great but it is clear the store needs more employees & compensate workers properly. I see the workers having to wrangle kids, stock, cashier, clean, answer questions etc with a full store and maybe 4 workers. I can understand why some reviews may feel the workers are rude, but I can understand the workers frustrations (still not right but l get it). Overall it has its flaws, but for the Saturday sale it's totally worth it.

We went to the goodwill store on beal there were kids running around in the store but my daughter picked up a toy and one of the goodwill workers said something to my daughter about playing in the store and which she wasn't she was just looking at a toy. And first of all no one should say anything to anyone else child they should talk to the parents not the child and my child is artistic and my daughter was scared . Please watch your kids because goodwill staff will say something to your child and not say anything to the parents and when we talk to the manger she said they have a right to saying to your kids.

No reason to be raising the prices here when your CEO is making $300K with bonuses and rising every year. Scummy, greedy move. PLENTY of other thrift stores to shop & donate in the area. These people don't help our community, they leech off it.

My daughter and I were lucky enough to have found a few items on our list. The store was as organized as I’d expect. It was pretty clean and didn’t have an unpleasant odor like some of the reviews I’ve read. The staff behind the counter were friendly. Overall a pretty successful trip of thrifting!

This Goodwill is very unorganized and has a nasty smell. Workers smoke in the back and it trails inside. Feels dirty. Everything behind the counter is a premium.

Just dropped off several large trash bags full of brand name teen and kids clothes. The staff was so rude. I had several furniture items, a chaise lounge that my cats clawed in one spot, they said they didn't want it, I said ok no big deal, donated an upholstered day bed which they took but then I had a headboard that was 6 months old in perfect condition and the lady said they can't take it unless it comes with a bed frame....? That makes no sense at all. I told her this is the way I ordered it, this was all the pieces. It is a full size upholstered headboard with 2 legs and brackets to attach it to a bed frame, she said unless it comes with a bed frame we can't take it. I wish I hadn't already unloaded the rest of my stuff because I would have rather donated to somewhere else. Also no tax receipt, this person literally acted like they worked at a dump and were unloaded peoples trash. Don't donate here, the people at Waterfront mission were happy to take the headboard and chaise lounge, they actually commented how nice it was. They are a much better organization and much more deserving of your donation than this goodwill!

Love this hidden gem! It’s kind of tucked away so maybe a lot of people don’t see it (which is great, more treasures for me to find) It looks small but it delivers! The prices are not bad at all and I always find something there - a lot of something’s usually. The staff I’ve encountered are always so friendly and helpful too. Easy to donate and then go and shop for more. Just all around great

I bought an item and they sold it to someone else. Josh the key holder showed to be completely incompetent and offer no compensation or help. I will never purchase or donate here again. Things make also contain roaches and pests. Be sure to inspect your purchases
