This location is the worst. ONE associate was wonderful, he really helped me choose my new appliances. It went quickly downhill after that. The CS rep at the online order desk was awful. She was snarky and rude. Never got a call or an email regarding delivery time. When I did call at 1815 the night before, still no delivery time. I rarely find someone to assist me when I shop here. Lowe's will get 100% of my business from now on.

To say I'm a little disappointed is an understatement. Wife and I were there to do renovating work on our rental condo in Ft Walton. Since I was busy with the work, my pregnant volunteered to go here to grab some caulk, paint rollers, and 1" lattice for the project. I told her they sell the lattice in a 12 ft long piece and it'll have to be cut down so it'll fit in our rental van. When she found the lattice at the store, she asked a couple of the guys if they can cut the piece in half so it'll fit in the van. The two guys told her that she can cut it herself. Seeing that she pregnant with that big ol tummy, they still said that to her and went on about their conversation. She walked around and found another employee and asked same thing and was also told "you can cut it yourself at the cutting station." Only until she asked another employee after walking around a few mins that the employee agreed that he'll cut it for her "no problem ma'am". Seeing how the other 3 fine gentlemen told a pregnant woman to cut her own lumber piece, I can say I will never go back to this store again. The age of being a gentleman to a lady is no longer at play in this day and age. Very disappointed.

They do not care about their employees that's for sure. I wouldn't recommend any place that tries to fire their employees over health reasons. They don't accept drs notes and I literally had to come in and throw up on the floor for them to finally take me serious and give me a "2 week break" since they wouldn't give me LOA so no I wouldn't spend my money here and haven't stepped a foot back in here and don't plan on it

Just wanted to let people know that I really appreciate Marie and David in the paint department at Home Depot! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to find what I needed and explain how to paint my concrete driveway.Joan Weakly

Avoid ordering anything backorder unless you are very patient...One star review for installation services...or rather lack thereof. Aug 11 paid 8k up front to replace two patio doors. Was told they were 8-12 weeks out and I was fine with it since it was a non-urgent replacement. Initially set up install Nov 10 but was told doors were still backorder. Now a month later without any update. I get the supply chain issues but what I don't get is the lack of proactive reach out by customer service after 5 months of waiting.

DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!! The company they use for delivery and installation is full of liars and isn’t held accountable for its actions. A third-party company called Appliance Delivery schedules the deliveries and helps with coordination/answers questions. Appliance Delivery told me that they cannot give out the phone number or name of the delivery company. In fact, Appliance Delivery are usually unable to get a hold of the delivery company via phone. They must use email and it usually takes 48 hours for a response. WTF?! Anyway….. I ordered my washer and dryer on Aug 31. Original delivery date was set for Sept 22. Great experience so far. Sept 21, I get a call that the order is delayed, and the new delivery date is Oct 15. I totally understand as there are delays for everything right now. Oct 14, I missed the call from the delivery company (I’m and RN and cannot answer my phone when I’m with a patient). So, I attempt to call the number back only to sit on hold for an eternity. I call Appliance Delivery, and they tell me that my delivery will take place between 230pm-630pm. Oct 15, 6pm rolls around and I’ve not heard from them, so I call Appliance Delivery. I’m told, “You’re the last stop. They should be on their way soon.” 7 min later I get a call stating there is a “truck emergency” and I have to reschedule. I reschedule for Oct 19. I’m angry. I call back and ask if there is any way I can still get my delivery. The Appliance Delivery rep told me no and said, “The workers are probably out of hours” but then said that it was logged as a truck emergency. Oct 18, I’m working and miss the call again. I call back again and am told they will deliver between 1015-215pm. Well as you guessed, 230pm comes and goes and I still don’t have a washer and dryer. So, I call Appliance Delivery back for the 10000th time. The delivery company logged my delivery as rescheduled again and said they called me at 945 and I had to reschedule. They absolutely did not call me today and I sure as hell did not want to reschedule!!! I was so paranoid about missing my delivery, my phone was with me every second of the day and I did yard work in my front yard so I could keep an eye out. And now they want me to reschedule for Nov 11. After all this frustration, I called Home Depot and cancelled my order (to which they said I would get a full refund). I went to Lowe’s and should have my washer and dryer by the 26th. Honestly before today, I enjoyed shopping at Home Depot. When I called and told they customer service agent what happened, he didn’t even respond. I told him I wanted to cancel. He did try to fix it or find out how he could help. He just cancelled my order. I’m not sure I’ll be back after this. You are going to lose a lot of customers if you don’t get rid of this delivery company or start holding them accountable for their actions. It should not be impossible to get in touch with a company.

Good selection of plants. My granddaughter likes to get plants that are kind of maltreated. She says they're sick. But she finds some that are on sale and tries to nurse them back to healthy. Beginner gardener?

4/30/2021. Still suck. We ordered a fridge for a new condo we bought and once again, the day before they rescheduled without consulting us. We have to drive from Atlanta to take delivery. Luckily this time I knew they would be awful and have other stuff planned and my condo is still able to rent until the fridge gets here

UPDATEThis went from a one star experience to a five star experience because of the exceptional customer service at this location. Mike reached out to me and wanted to make everything right. He fully refunded the bags and since the bags I ordered were not in stock he found another product of even better quality to place them. Although I am still frustrated with the text response I received from corporate, the wonderful people at this location had my back and I left feeling like all of my problems were solved. Thanks team!WILL NOT REFUND INCORRECT CURBSIDE ORDERDrove an hour to pick up curbside and waited 40 min to receive my order AND was given the wrong items. One of those items was a bag of clearly opened gardening soil that was thrown in my trunk of car spilling out almost completely. When I contacted customer support they said the only way to get a refund was to dive back and return the less expensive and incorrect soil. So frustrating!! I asked to file a claim and the other end went silent. NEVER shopping here again.

I haven't actually purchased anything yet. But, if the service is as friendly and helpful as Stacy's was then they deserve the 5 stars.
