Finding myself in the position of needing repairs like this can be quite stressful. However, the team at Classic Collision is a breath of fresh air. Their professionalism, comforting demeanor, and confidence are truly inspiring. From our initial conversation to the final completion of the repairs, they were consistently professional, courteous, and service-oriented. It's truly refreshing to come across an organization that not only understands the true meaning of service but also executes it flawlessly. While no organization is perfect every time., they nailed this one. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Classic Collision in Ft. Walton Beach. I got into a wreck at the beginning of May, and the projected completion date for my car’s repairs was a month. However, I didn’t receive my car back until mid-July (2.5 months total). Initially, communication was decent, and they used a platform to keep me updated on the repair status, which was appreciated.
However, things took a turn for the worse upon picking up my car. When I arrived, I found Warren, the estimator, sitting in my car. If the car was ready, why was he in it? Additionally, I was informed that two warning lights (traction control and another I can’t recall) were on, but they couldn’t determine if these were issues from before the wreck or if they arose after so they did not fix them. I was told to drive 30-40 minutes at 60 mph to see if the sensors would turn off, but I couldn’t fit that into my work schedule on a weekday.
After driving 40 minutes home, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with multiple warning lights. I called Classic Collision, and they asked me to drive the car back. I refused to drive it again and requested they tow it, which they did to a Honda dealership.
The service from there was lackluster. For a month and a half, there was no communication from Classic Collision’s end. My boyfriend, mom, and I had to make repeated calls to get any updates, and we were often told they would call back but never did. When I finally spoke with Warren a few weeks ago, he was dismissive and didn’t let me get a word in. His first response was that he had no clear answers and it was "out of my pay grade."
The only person who managed to get some information was my boyfriend, who was met with unhelpful and condescending responses, including comments like, “Well, we’re not just sitting on our hands over here” and blaming external issues on the repair process. There was no apology for the delays or for the lack of updates, and it was disheartening to see the disrespect, particularly towards women, which felt like a stark reflection of the stereotypical behavior often associated with car repair shops.
On a positive note, Classic Collision did cover the costs of the second round of repairs done by Honda. However, given the overall poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disrespect, I would strongly advise anyone needing car repairs to look elsewhere.

Laura and Amanda worked so quickly on the repair of my vehicle that I am absolutely the most grateful and in awe of how fast the turn around was. The team worked quickly on getting an estimate done and my car in the back to start work. Then, the repair team worked diligently to finish the repair and actually reduced the amount to pay from the estimate! I was stunned to see that they also detailed my car upon my pick up time. The status of repair feature that came with working with Classic Collision helped me keep up to date with costs, where the team was in the repair, and pick up time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Went into Classic Collision at the suggestion of the local Toyota dealership. My new car was only one week old when I got too close to a curb and I pulled down the back side bumper. I went into Classic Collision without an appointment and asked if they would take a look and see if I needed to come back to get it fixed. Laura came out immediately, grabbed a tool, and popped it right back into place for me - free of charge. Thank you Laura for your help!! It was such a relief!

Classic Collision in Fort Walton has horrible customer service. They also do not know how to fix diesel trucks. I brought my GMC 3500 to get fixed from an accident. It has been back to their shop four times because it was not repaired correctly. I have called for four days straight without a call back from Classic Collision. I chose Classic Collision because they had a great reviews and they were recommended by State Farm. If you want your car fixed correctly, I would not go to Classic Collision in Fort Walton.

UPDATE..CLASSIC COLLISION DID A GREAT JOB! YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL WHERE THE DENT IS AND THE MAJORITY OF THE PAINT FROM THE SIDE SWIPE IS GONE. IT WAS A LONG PROCESS BUT WORTH IT.So far so good. I've got a dent in my front right quarter panel and paint scrapes from a separate accident. I didn't want to file 2 separate claims so I just filed for the dent on the quarter panel. When I took it in to have the guy at Classic Collision take a look at it and estimate that the i insurance had given him, Warren said "don’t worry about the paint, I’ll just buff it out and not charge you anything!" The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it’s taking me forever to get in there. It’s taking a full month to get my car into the shop. You have to go in and get them to look at the estimate from the insurance company and then wait two weeks and then go back and they will do the work and in my particular case it’s going to take about a week. So I’ll keep you updated. fingers crossed.?

After calling around to find a body shop to take care of my car. Theresa & Warren at classic collision took my car in and turned it back brand new. I was so impressive with the great hospitality Teresa shown. She is informative, knowledgeable and very patience. She helped eased my anxiety through this process. Warren thank you to you and your team for the incredible, quick finished. I was in my car within 1 month and a half. Thank you again!
