Amazing staff! Literally made me cry as they were so kind to wait and make sure my package went out on time. I was shipping breast milk and the manager knew what it was so he informed his staff to be on the lookout. just the fact that he knew how important the package was made me beyond grateful.

I use this facility every now n then. everyone is always very helpful & nice. I always seem to struggle with my emails/printing, transferring, etc and they always help me. Assist in whatever im trying to email from my laptop to print . This location does stay busy around closing time, so they worked me around their jobs.
I appreciate them. I would recommend this location for printing any time.

The team at this store are super helpful! Even though they were super busy they helped print, coil bind and ship a high priority package for my Dad’s 90th Bday. Martian - kudos to you providing me some slack today after I made an error. I was willing to own it and pay again, but you allowed me God’s grace. Offer to fish AK remains open.

We were just trying to print something from our phone...The girl working in this store or should I say the girl in this store with a FedEx shirt on is worthless did not help us at all.... I actually asked for her help the only thing she told us was... you can't print from a cord plugged in .... I think her name was Stephanie.... Left there and went to a UPS store and they got it printed

This location takes breaks and locks the door during business hours. Leaves sticky notes on the door.

Crystal went above and beyond in helping us with my husband's retirement brochure. She was very helpful and professional. I have been stressing about these brochures and she made them beautiful. Please give Crystal some recognition, or better yet, a raise! Will absolutely come back to this store for any other printing needs. Thank you!

Came here to get three (small) bundles of pappers binded. When I came in,Stephanie took the other customer, granted I figured it would take longer to take care of me, so I allowed for the older lady to go in front of but then 5 other customers came in and she figured she would continue to take care of other customers rather then finish my last bundle of 50 pages. When I told her I had been waiting here for 30 minutes, she said yes, but I have a line. I will not be doing business here again. In the past, I had similar experiences. I don't think she is ecstatic to work there, which is fine. Just get another job.

Martian and the other lady are very helpful. Sorry I didn’t catch the nice lady’s name but she helped explain the fax machine and it’s costs to me. I was advised to just mail it since faxing is more expensive! Thanks a bunch so stellar in customer service.

Over my dead body will you send me another package. I would put zero star if possible. FedEx is very inflexible with customers. I waited two days at home and the package got delayed twice. I'm leaving for the holiday and FedEx just said they will then return my package to the sender. How unreliable. Service is total trash. What a disaster.
