my package has been delayed for 2 days now and I need it. I have no anwsers as to where it is or why its being delayed . all im getting is a dead end anwser, the same one ive been getting for 3 days now. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE. some of need our mail in a time sensitive manor and fedex has completly let me down.

Went to print a document and was told they do not do that here. But suggested I go to their office location. When I asked where that was the worker said ‘down the street, you’ll have to google it’. When I asked for the exact address he couldn’t tell me what it was or offer any further assistance other than it was next to Starbucks. When I told him I was from out of town and not a Starbucks drinker, I had no idea where these places were, he just kept saying it’s down the street but couldn’t tell me which street or any directions as the location was on a corner. I finally gave up and went to a UPS store I had seen earlier.

Manager and staff are amazing. I frequent here quite often due to having to ship items for my job, and they are awesome. Manager there is Top Notch!!

You call the number they have listed and it just takes you round and round in a circle. When you ask for customer service, it just hangs up on you. Ridiculous, especially when you have questions regarding a package that was taken back to them.

Recommend shipping here. You'll be in and out quicker than it took you to box the item you're shipping.

Dude came delivered my package and had jokes. I told him to stop knocking on my door like the police. He was sweet and came back with a snappy comeback. Thanks for great service.

There is a drop off and pick up, I wouldn't suggest using the drop off since you need to go to a FedEx to get a label before you drop it off at this walgreens.
