Beware!! These price gouging dishonest Crooks. These guys have a spray and pray method for fixing things. Replace every part and hope it works. I've gone here for years before the name change to get my oil changed including bringing multiple companies worth of fleet trucks and these people still try to get things over on you. Never again. I wouldn't care if I got a flat tire in front of your shop, I would push it up the road to get air in it.

This is my 3rd experience with Joe and Phoenix Auto, and the last 2 were as good as the first. Joe and his crew are head and shoulders above the rest! I’ve been a local all my life and the mechanic/contracting field in fwb has always been mostly a joke. Because they know it’s par for the course around here. If you want your bill stacked and simple(not to mention complicated) repairs taking all day to complete… Go somewhere else. I’m not a review guy, but the only thing I hate about leaving this review is the fact that it could lead to it being tougher for me to get in lol. But Joe and his crew deserve it because they about doin the work, combined with keeping your prices as fair as possible. Joe puts the “business” in the word businessman! Again, thank you sir for giving me faith that there are still decent people in the world ??

Where do I even begin? This shop is built on the sweat and tears of a private owner- it isn’t a chain. The owner, Joe, takes pride in what he does and is slowly changing the auto repair game in Okaloosa County in such a positive way. His team works effectively, and everyone is respectful without any nonsense or candy coating. Whenever I find myself even remotely close (as far as Atlanta) I try to find my way south to have Joe and his team give my car some love. This isn’t only the best shop in the Pensacola Fort Walton Beach area- I’m willing to say it’s the best shop in the entire Florida Panhandle. Fair prices, fair repairs, and just overall a well-run business.

Amazing job. I dropped my car off at 6am before they opened I called them when they opened, they kept me informed the entire time and had my car finished by 3:30, they went above and beyond and fixed my front fender without charge. Thank you so much I will always come to Phoenix for all my auto repair
