Warm, Family, environment where people of all ages grow. Growth happens emotionally and physically in this place. It is amazing to see people increase in their self confidence as well as ability. I have watched life long friendship develop as well. This is not just exercise and entertainment it is a healthy family support for people of all ages. This is where kids, parents and grandparents can all continue to get better and stronger while being part of the same team.

The best parts of my week are attending Tai Chi classes. I have learned how to care for myself better both physically and spiritually. Our instructor Sifu Sharon Triplett is extremely devoted to the art and is a very passionate instructor. The class mates are so positive and caring and the team structure is just amazing and it is all "go at your own pace".I can't wait to get to class and when I've had to miss I feel a little empty, lol.

The best martial arts school on the Emerald Coast. Training here will test your resolve and prove what you're made of.

They have a great way of balancing fun and training for the kids. I also took Kajukenbo adult classes and they are as challenging and rewarding as you'd expect from an MMA class. This is a great school all around and I highly recommend them.

My son is physically disabled (spina bifida) but they have had no qualms with adapting some of the moves for him. He takes karate very seriously and enjoys it immensely with the EMCA family.

I came to try out my sister’s Krav Maga class and I loved it! The small class size makes it possible for Sensei Cayer and Shannon to work with all of the students. Even though I’m a beginner, I felt comfortable working here. The other students and staff really want to help you improve. If you are interested in self-defense or martial arts, check out this gym!

My daughter loves this place. I'm not at all knowledgeable in Karate but this is hands down the best after school activity a child can do. Sensei Ellei is so good with the kids and even helped my daughter practice for her third stripe on her gold belt during her break time between classes.

Great place for whatever type of training suits you. Grappling, Traditional, Weapon Oriented... Sensei Cayer and his staff are professional and provide excellent and challenging instruction! I personally was in the area several times on business and the instructors and students always remembered and welcomed me back!

This place is wonderful! I was on a military TDY for a couple months and decided I wanted to start practicing Krav Maga in the evenings. After researching different locations in the area that offered classes, I chose Emerald Coast Martial Arts. They let me try a class for free and told me I could try each art they offered to decide which I liked. I had already decided that Krav Maga was the most practical for what I wanted. I was given a good deal when I signed a 60 day contract (the time I had left in Florida). They never treated me like I was only temporary, and I even received an invite to a party the Sensei was hosting, and although I wasn’t able to make it, I really appreciated the invite. I learned a lot and met some great people! I will definitely return to ECMA if I am TDY or ever PCS to the area. Check it out for yourself!
