Terrible communication with the client and a waste of time that they put me through.Dilse was the person who was making a quote for my vehicles, she was NOT clear when explaining that the QUOTE would change. She quoted for 2 vehicles $1215 she asked me for all the photos of the vehicles and also registrations and licenses everything was sent. After Dilse indicates I already have all your records, the payment will be $3,300 in which head of this young woman is she making me spend my time sending all my information so that later they come up with other extra charges. I was having a hard time getting anyone to take care of my insurance, but when I called Jeffrey he said he would try and help. After several calls he didn't think he would be able to help either, but then he tried one more time and found someone who would give me a policy. He went above and beyond.
