I had a problem with my account today. I called multiple times. First I've been a member for 20 years. For most of the 20 years your employees have been wonderful. They usually are efficient, kind, helpful, not intrusive. Any problems I've had, get taken care of and fixed A.S.A.P. Not today. I called, 88th in phone queue. Did call back. A man called me back. I felt uncomfortable. It's been women in member services for decades. Validation, okay. Asked usual questions. Then asked for my card number and expiration. Um...no!I called again. Same guy answers. Nope. Third time I call. Female. Do the usual validation. We go over transactions. I'm more than one hundred dollars less than should be in my account. My account is emptied. Same guy speaks to her in background. She condescends to me, I must be wrong. I get off phone.Where is my money and what have you done in members services????

Been banking with EFCU since 1990. I've enjoyed getting to know the tellers and loan officers. They treat us like family.

Lindsey the bank teller is the absolute worst person ever associated with Eglin. She needs some serious people skill training. It’s ridiculous. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. And sorry, if I can remember your name as a bank teller, you probably sucked! Horrible, no empathy, literally needs to find a different career. I’ve banked here for 14 years, and she’s made me feel so unwelcome unlike everyone else who is honestly amazing. Literally everyone. Lindsey is the sour patch in the sweet bunch, sorry not sorry!! Curly short hair, and rude as ever!!!

Kim Walden was the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, person I've ever had to deal with after the passing of husbands mother, I gave licence SS# and will, and still giving me problems, my attorney will be getting involved in this problem, good luck to you that have to deal with this crooked bank

I was assisted by Kathy today over the phone about a snafu with an account. She swiftly remedied the two-fold situation. I appreciated her friendliness, especially since I have difficulty hearing on the phone. I ended the call knowing I was in good hands! Love my EFCU -- 20 years!

Eglin used to be the best bank around but over the past couple of years it has slowly dwindled down hill... Not sure if it is due to new employees or not but I used to get paid on Fridays at midnight on the dot. Now I'm lucky to get paid by Saturday. It's a headache for sure having to juggle between work, family and trying to call all the company's I need to pay on a monthly basis to change auto pay dates around, very inconvenient to say the least.

A representative/employee by the name Thomas is very rude and disrespectful I don’t see how he still has a job there I do not recommend banking with EGLIN until they decide to hire more employees with respect and positive attitude. Instead of helping me over the phone he keeps trying to refer me to the branch for basic information I can retrieve over the phone. He is a waste of tax payers money!!!

Just moved to FWB and decided to open an account with EFCU. After applying for a small personal loan and being denied. I will be finding another bank to be with. No point in letting a CU hold onto my money if they're not able to give their members loans when needed. Thanks, but no thanks.

I just applied for a $3000 loan and was denied. I needed to pay some attorneys fees because I am going through a divorce. I just sold my marital home and paid off over $110,000 worth of debt in the past two months. My credit is terrible because my wife would go back to Colombia for 2 months and I could not afford to pay hers and my bills with a much lesser job than I have now. I was drowning in debt until I sold my house. I am an engineer making $100,000 per year. They said that's great you just paid off all of that debt but your payback history is too slow for the manager to approve. I have been with Eglin since I have moved here from Alabama in 2011. I guess its time to find another bank. Mind you I have plenty of money in my 401K that I can borrow against and that is what I will do. But it is just disappointing that when I actually need money I can't get it. Even though one can clearly see I am trending up financially. I just need help getting through this final phase of my divorce.

Banked with several credit unions over a few decades and Eglin FCU is at the bottom. Probably ok if you’re in the military stationed here but certainly not if you’re a native resident who’s self-employed.

I have been with the bank for some time. I took out a secured loan to build my relationship planned to open a cc a year later. With a pretty good credit score and past late payments over 5 years old (not with efcu) I was confident I’d get one but to my surprise I was denied with no counter offer. I went in to the main branch to find out why because I never had a problem getting credit. Riley Berish immediately looked surprised that I was denied so he talked to a manager took some info and bam 10 minutes later I had a CC with a high limit. Thank you Riley for actually looking at my credit profile and going the extra mile. You are wonderful

Worst company to deal with if you lose a debit card or deal with any fraud on your account. They are rude, non understanding and down right belligerent. I'll be switching banks after 10 years due to their poor customer service.

First rate service even from afar. I have been a member for about 10 years now and have used them for over 10 car loans, savings accounts, etc. I live out of state but have stayed an active member because the service is amazing, personal, really great people. It has also given me financial freedom and available credit that I would not have had as easy access to. Why would even deal with a bank when they can be apart of such a great organization that truly puts its members first. I do look forward to them expanding the online platform options, but I can always get them on the phone when I need to.
