They are the worst pawn ever poor customer service and the bosss that run the place is even worse. I've been a loyal pawn customer for years and they had an item that i put my name on and never called me and sold it from under neath me be careful they are very unfaithful and don't care about the customer just want money....

Low ball offers. Also they buy junk and sell junk. Then slap a thing on their walls that states all sales are final.
You would be better off digging through trash than buying something here.

This place has gone downhill since Andrew took over. $30 loan on a $140 controller. Been supporting them since before he came over from the Mary Esther, when Sean was the manager. It's just gone downhill. Will NOT be supporting them from this point forward. Waste of time even taking them products for a loan. They can talk their trash when the store loses business and they're all out of a job. Good Luck Cash Pawn. You just lost ANOTHER loyal customer. Hard to pay bills when that extra cash isn't paying the overhead.

Absolutely a joke when it comes to offers from their special "tech" employees. Avoid the place since all they do is waste time and low ball you tremendously. Go to locally owned pawn shops..not some over priced scrub place like them. Avoid selling your gaming electronics to them . They will give you such a low offer just to re sale at brand new price. Also it takes them 3 minutes to assist you while they sit in the back and gossip as they have a whole line of people waiting. Such professional worker's .

Went to pawn my tv with the remote control to them and when I went to pick up my tv they lost my remote control to my tv and then going to tell me that I didn’t bring in my belongings to what I had please make sure you record the items you take there they will lose them horrible service the worst place I’ve ever been too please watch your belongings they will steal them

They are not the store they use to be. They use to be my go to gun store when I wanted to sell my guns. They always gave me a great deal, or we negotiated til a fair deal was reach. Been there twice here recently and each time they would low ball me on the guns. Will not even negotiate anymore and if you view your disappointment they ask you to leave. The two times I went there I dealt with employees that are not experienced in guns and call a manager to give me a quote. Deals are made face to face with the product in the hands of an experienced person that knows what he is looking at and can give you a fair price or will negotiate with you. They use to do that. Now an inexperienced employee calls the manager and will not negotiate with you. Will never return to this place. There are so many other gun store out they willing to do you good.

the new manager and new staff have ruined this store. nothing like standing at a counter for 15 minutes while 5 employees just stand around looking at you and not saying a word. Then when they finally decide to help they couldn't. If you're looking for a firearm go across the street or even Bass Pro Shop.

Blows my mind that a store would let money walk out the door by way of NOT browsers but would be customers. Went in and stood by the gun counter with two other gentleman wanting to purchase, no one acknowledged we were there at all (all be it they were busy but not even a simple acknowledgment). Another guy walks in and straight the check out and was getting helped, so I walked over and let them know we three were also waiting…and well we also walked out with our money after the child like “manager” started talking. Vote with your money folks…rude people cant pay bills when you do.
