I was told on four different occasions that my son's prescription was ready. Come to find out it's on back order but very frustrating after making four trips there. Disorganized.

I recently was forced to change my prescription drug provider to CVS, because my previous provider, Winn-Dixie, is no longer selling prescription drugs. I have filled 7 prescriptions in the last 2 weeks at CVS and on both occasions, my prices were more than the amounts I was expecting to pay according to my GoodRX Gold plan. In both cases, the staff was less than cordial and bordered on being argumentative. Today they told me to not use the GoodRX Gold card going forward because it is defective and they are the only game in town. It was a case of like it or lump it. I called Good RX and was assured my card is fine. Unfortunately, CVS is the only pharmacy in my area that accepts GoodRX, so my choices are pretty limited.

This pharmacy is horrible! Every single time we try to pick up a prescription that we have been filling there for over a year, there is some problem or hassle. Either they won't allow us to pick up because it's too early, or today they were out of stock and would not transfer the prescription to another CVS for a medication to treat seizures which is VERY important. Completely irresponsible and horrible customer service!

well stocked store and usually not busy at all so using self checkout is a breeze.

This rating is based SOLEY on the PHARMACYThey literally, and mean quite literally, never answer their phones.I have tried on numerous occasions to handle my scripts over the app but then that will have issues which will force me to utilize the pharmacy and their staff for information. But NO ONE answers the phone.Ok cool, wonderful, lets load up the kids in their car seats, head there just to unload and WAIT and finally be greeted by rude "pharmacy" staff. Now I get being shorthanded but where is the pride in your work??? The rudeness is unwarranted. I can guarantee anyone having to go for prescriptions does not want to be there and have to buy what they are buying. Have some courtesy and compassion, at the very least some kindness. And for goodness sake ANSWER THE PHONE and hire people.

No drive thru due to wasp nest. I have no problem going in however wasp aren't an excuse. It doesn't take 15 minutes to go to the store and buy wasp spray and kill the nest. Lazy

*** This review is for the front store ladies amd NOT pharmacy ***? Thank you Autumn and Danielle for going above and beyond! Both of these ladies stayed late to help my sister and me get the pictures enlarged and edited for my Mother's funeral the next morning. They were so kind and extremely helpful! The pharmacist at this CVS is pure TRASH!!! She blatantly lied and said she was behind 100 prescriptions and I had to go to the Publix across the street. I'm on vacation and my family had a medical emergency. We were given a script to fill and thus we arrived at this CVS. In my hometown, the CVS pharmacy is always professional but this "pharmacist" is garbage. First, I have never heard of a pharmacy being 100 prescriptions behind... shouldn't you have worked late or came to work early or contacted someone for extra help. WHO is she fooling!!! Second, this pharmacist has no idea what's she's doing and is covering it up with rude behavior. I say that because she is 100 prescriptions behind allegedly. I wonder who she knows that allows her to keep her job. She's a total disgrace.

The pharmacist was rude to my mom when she asked for a prescription to be filled for my dad whose sciatic nerve was inflamed. The pharmacist stated, “she didn’t have time to fill the prescription as she had a hundred prescriptions ahead of us .”Thank goodness for Samantha the store manager who took care of the pharmacist’s attitude. The store manager was the only one filling in the front. She stated she would have helped us with the prescription if she did not have to take care of the front store alone. We were told to go to Publix as the staff was short that day. On Christmas Eve a CVS pharmacist turned us away but Publix helped us and my dad is resting well finally.

Pharmacy here is the worst. Very rude technician. There was an error with my paperwork on their system. It would’ve taken 10 seconds to look at my prescription paperwork from my doc. She said “I’m not looking at it, I got a line behind you”. It took the longest time. Very unorganized.

Had my sons script filled here. They were out of amoxacilan ( an antibiotic i cant spell) so we called publix and asked them to fill it. Publix tried from 1130 am till 6 pm at night calling to get multiple scripts filled ans cvs blatantly ignored their phones. Publix told us the issue so my sons dad went to cvs to find put what the issue was. He sat ther 20 min waiting and watched the phone ring with NO answer 3x and then was greeted by an absolutely rude pharmacist that told him it was Publix responsibility to call and get the scripts! Yet they refuse to answer! Complete bs! I will be calling corporate about this. I had to call the doctor's and have them send the script instead. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy staff was very short in their customer service experience. I came to the pharmacy with approximately 12 to 15 minutes remaining before the pharmacy closed for the evening. There were no other people in line or waiting for a script. I was the only person in the store shopping. When I arrived at the pharmacy desk, the two associates looked at me and continued with stocking medication‘s out of a box not even verbally acknowledging that I was there. Within three minutes the main pharmacist comes over to the register, and says. “ Have you been here before.” “Never”. Is this your first time. I am paraphrasing. However she goes into putting my information in the system with a perceived attitude or negative disposition. She then says do you need this tonight, I responded with yes. She then says “ well we close at at nine, and I have to mix this up and measure it out.” She also mentioned that my insurance (TriCare) takes a long time to clear. But it was approved before she could even finish the statement. Still with a negative disposition. Either you have time to do it or you don’t. I received my medication for my son in tears and left the store. The other associate checked me out at the pick up area.
