Not sure if the manager was having a horrible day but I got the short end of the stick. I got checked in at 4:15pm and didn’t get seen till 1.5 hrs later. Amy the manager was told I was next and that I have been waiting and she still called someone else first(who arrived WAY after me). Completely ignored Fonzy who told her I should be next. She finished their cut, then left for the day. Didn’t say or even look at me. Zero customer service or acknowledge from Amy. Fonzy cut my hair in 5mins and apologized about my wait and experience. If it wasn’t for Fonzy, this review would most definitely be a 1 star. It doesn’t take much to just acknowledge me and say I’m sorry for the wait, we will get to you as soon as possible. Do better Amy.

Pamela was great. Helped choose something that was better for my hair for the color and to help with getting it healthier. I got color with half highlights and a trim.

The stylist asked what brought me in I explained the last stylist didn't give me the style I asked for. She then told me a was a problem client. Then duplicated the all the things I didn't like about my last hair cut. I explained I wanted feathered style then "corrected" me by saying I wanted layered. So she insulted me and gave a style that specifically asked NOT to give the WORST experience of my life. I am 54yo. You'd be off cutting your own hair at home.

Ask for PAULA, super stylist and quality cut. She has been doing it 20+yrs. Highly recommend!

My 30 year old military husband walked in for a cut and the ladies stared at him as if they had no idea where they worked. After he sat in the chair and explained the cut he wanted whoever helped him just completely ignored his request. She chopped it all off and finished with "I hope you like it. I went shorter than what you wanted because you needed it." It was uneven and patchy at best. He will never go back and highly recommend you avoid this place. Plainly, just not worth it.

My partner decided to try this place for a man's haircut and when he got home I was shocked. It was the worst haircut I've ever seen. He tried going elsewhere to try and fix it but all they could do was go so short that he may as well of shaved it. He also claimed the staff were unattentive, and rude. After telling a few people at work, they told me the same thing. I wish I would of talked to them before hand. So, I would highly recommend not going to this establishment

Do not go here. They are terrible. My husband is lucky I stayed in the car while he got his haircut because I would have never let him walk out of the store looking like a fool. They jacked my mans head up completely.
