We had some trouble finding a place that’ll suit us but when we found this place we knew it was perfect. Beautiful place and extremely accommodating. Our experience with Natalia was amazing, she was very patient and helpful through our process of moving. I feel grateful to of found this place.

Location is great. 12 min drive to the airport. 15 maybe 20 mins to Eglin AFB main entrance. 25-30 mins to Duke field, 20 mins to Hurlburt. Hospital less than 5 mins. Shopping: Walmart, Target, Kohls, Winn-Dixie and plenty of others within short distance. Beaches 20 mins drive. The property seems to be taken care of. Nice size pool, always seem to be clean. From what I can tell the neighbors are nice, and quiet. The property is big enough that you can get your daily steps count in after work or before work. The Fitness room and clubhouse is nice. The leasing staff is awesome especially Natayla, I hope I spelled her name accurate. She helped me out from the beginning and was so patient with me. I hope she recieve some kind of recognition from this review. My only downside is that I wish every unit came with a washer/dryer. But there is a nice little laundromat less than 1 mile from complex so it works out either way. I would reccomend this property to anyone looking in Fort Walton Beach.

The property is well maintained from my experience. Staff are very kind, especially Becky and Dwight. I have had only minor issues for maintenance and it's due to life span of certain routine things that need replacement, nothing major has failed. I also take care of everything to prolong it's use rather than treat it like it isn't mine.Some recent annoyances lately have been people parked and waiting to pick someone up and blasting their music too loud. Sometimes people will park behind 2 to 3 parked cars and go inside somewhere making you wait to get out of your parking spot. Rare but does happen.Anyone needing to use the concrete stairs for the 2nd and 3rd floors seems to have heavy feet and can't walk lightly, so many times you will get woken up at 530am by everyone going to work stomping their way down the stairs.The recent speed bumps are aggressive but I understand why they needed to be put down.If there was more area of property to build a kids playground, that would be nice. They have a decent fenced in dog area and people take care of it from what I've seen.I would say monthly pressure washing would be nice, as the stairs and concrete landings get dirty quick. They don't need just a rinse but a close pressure wash to the surface to remove stains and food from trash leaking.These are minor nuances but for the ever increasing rent costs going up, these are my personal concerns. Common issues among any apartment complex anywhere else.

Friendly and responsive staff - both front office and maintenance. Unreasonable rent prices; owner is definitely taking advantage of housing crisis and military BAH (my rent was higher than my allowance), but the property is the cleanest I've ever experienced at an apartment, units are kept up. Aside from the BAH issue, they are very military friendly.

I can't give them any better rating due to the fact we lived there almost 2 years and probably would have stayed longer had the owner spent the money to put insulation between the. floors. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath units that opened a little more than 2 years ago had indulation, plus washer & dryer !The 2 BR, 2BA we had was very nice and large at 1170 sq.ft. The noise got to be intolerable, so we left.

Realty South /property managing (Crosswinds Apt) very POOR in service.Trisha is the world RUDEst, unprofessional, racist and lazy.She should NOT belong here to serve tenant its manage. What's kind a place is it of NO answer phone call during business hours.They should not have a voice mail state the working hour and not answer within that time. It is pathetic business model. Realty South should do a much better job than this.
