My wife and I bought a brand new BWM X3 M40 after months of searching from BMW of Fort Walton Beach. James "Brown" handled the sale and was a pleasure to deal with. More important was the service we received after the sale. After we blew a tire in Atlanta (in front of Buckhead Mall) on the Sunday before Labor Day, BMW of Fort Walton Beach stood behind their product and insured that we not only had service to repair the car in Atlanta completed on a holiday, but that we were not out of pocket on the repair. I would highly recommend BMW of Fort Walton Beach for your next automobile purchase.

Very hard to get on the phone with service department. My x7 went in for four new tires and a front deferential maintenance.. three days later tires where on and front deferential wasn't serviced. Now I have to make a second trip next week and do with my suv for another day or two.
Also was not called with any updates on vechile during this process ? very annoyed by the unprofessionalism and lack of GENERAL MANAGER not making sure their employees are handling their customers properly!

Well, I am back again for a similar issue which is bad tire again. This time the service was great and I am raising the score to 4 stars instead of 3 stars the last time. I happen to edit the last review which is seen below. Thanks BMW for the better service this time.
My wife and I have had so far over the past 14 years, five BMWs and four Mercedez cars from BMW Fort Walton Beach. The majority of those cars were purchased through Rudi who is in the Sales department and does wonderful job and we highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car. He is definitely 10 out of 10.
BMW service shop on the other hand is hit and miss. The staff who welcome you upon dropping your car for service are very friendly and courteous. The problem with the BMW service is when you call to talk to someone to schedule the service. Good luck if you get someone to answer the phone. Secondly, good luck if they call you back. All we want is SERVICE, we never discuss cost but we want acknowledgment from someone especially when we leave message our i4 BMW was towed due to flat tire to the BMW dealership but no one to return our call to acknowledge the car was received.
Taylor was supposed to be the communicator with us but unfortunately she needs a lot of training and I hope BMW management take this review seriously and use it as a tool to train Taylor and others if needed about the importance of communications with their loyal customers.

Chris Pitts the service manager was the reason my experience was so smooth. I live 9 hours away and my car broke down when my fiance was traveling, left her stranded so I had to get a rental car for her to drive home. Chris ended up fixing the car and helping me get it back down here, amazing service from him and his team

Down in Destin on vacation. X5 would not start. Finally barely got it to crank over and brought it in with no appointment. Took me right away, fixed problem and only lost part of the one vacation day. Good job.
