Very unprofessional!!! He could not have a conversation with me. I have called for 3 days no answer. Today someone answered and he stated I need to give him the title to the car to get the tag and i would have to pay tow/storage to get personal items. But would not provided that amount or give me his name then hung up on me . I called back to get information or make an appointment to do so but the phone is turned off and no call back

Amazing service!!Normally they do not do mechanical work, but my friend who knows the owner called them over the weekend and even though they were closed he took it upon himself to find the alternator I needed and got me a discounted price. He was able to fix my alternator at a very generous price at that too. What would have cost me over a thousand dollars at a different shop only cost me $100 plus the cost of the part with them. The fuse also blew while they were under my hood and he fixed that at no extra cost which took extra time but I still had my car back within a few hours. 10/10 highly recommend!!Service: Electrical

Mike at Beal Paint & Body was highly recommended to me by a good friend of mine that owns a BMW M8. Being a BMW owner you can't have just anyone work on your car. Well my friend told me to take my BMW to Mike because he is professional, his customer service is awesome and the work that both him and his crew do is amazing. I was pretty stressed out when someone backed into my car causing a lot of damage, but Mike really made the process a lot easier with fast results and I am blown away at how amazing my car looks after the repair.I highly recommend Beal Paint & Body in Fort Walton Beach!! Mike really does go above & Beyond!
