Walk in the front door at 4:30 to ask about a battery and on the sign it says new hours 7 AM to 5 PM but yet they’re closed at 4:30 is with the rude guy told me I’m in front very poor service will never go there again

Update: while the counter person was rude as all get out, they did send a representative out to our shop to clear up the matter and make it right. Thank you.It amazes me how unorganized they really are. As a commercial client of theirs for 4 years they never seem to have my state tax receipt and continue to charge a business sales tax of a product im selling to a customer. i have given them three copies this year. Maybe they just dont want my business!

Very horrible service i called before making a trip to make sure they we’re open the guy said yes we close at 5 if you could get there before 5pm .... we made it at 4:53 the guy working with the battery’s was very helpful with helping my husband with a battery but the owner was nasty & very unprofessional , said it was 4:55 & he already shut down his computer’s & he didn’t care he was closed already !!!! Should have went to advanced auto parts & would have a battery & not be turned down before store closing .... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GO TO ADVANCED AUTO PARTS OR A MORE PROFESSIONAL BATTERY STORE this is a good example cheaper is not always better .
