I would like to say the cashier in today's experience and some their products they have are keeping me from giving a 1 star review I love over an hour away and made a special trip to get the battery changed out with my "life time" battery change only to be told hey this device does not qualify well maybe your manager who sold the plan should do a better job of explaining it only covers the 1 key fob. If you have 2 key fobs that look exactly the same how do you know which one qualifies and which does not. I have no reason to ever make a special trip to visit this store I will absolutely not be going back to where to get things I can order online. Mind you I did not just go with the intent of getting my free replacement and leaving I looked around and bought other items but hey if this is how they treat customers they will no longer have my business and probably won't be around much longer anyway. Try being honest and truthful to your customers that usually helps.

The manager, Michael, was incredible!! My car battery died the day we got down here for a family vacation and he was so helpful in finding the correct battery, and was very thorough in the installation to ensure it was installed and secured correctly. Super friendly staff, very clean store, and so helpful!! Highly, highly recommend this store!

I just want to say that Michael the manager at the FWB location is amazing. Michael and his staff have gone above excellence in helping me. The customer service and professionalism of Michael is incredible.

I got my Samsung battery replaced here, when going in and asking about how much it would be and if it would be a Samsung oem battery, I was told "Yes it is a Samsung oem battery, and it would be around $80". (This is a Samsung authorized repair place) Thats completey fine, if it were a real Samsung battery. But when I replaced the battey a year later I found the battery that was installed was in no way a Samsung battery, but it was a smaller size than what it needs to be. After learning more about the authorized Samsung repair model, it is 100% better to do it yourself. Not only do you save a ton, but it's truly not that hard. Please don't give your money to authorized Samsung repair places.

Mark and Stephanie were outstanding! Friendly and so helpful. I bought the wrong battery and helped me find the right one. Definitely will be telling everyone how great it was. Mark and Stephanie deserve a raise!

Drove from Miramar Beach to fort Walton to return batteries at 10:30 and nobody's here store is closed store hours say Saturday 8 to 7 pm

Called, got instantly put on hold, didn’t get an answer afterwards so I drove an hour after work after double checking the hours online, on Tuesday the 28th, website and stickers on the door confirmed it closes at 7pm. Get there at 5pm and walk up to a locked door with nobody inside, and a taped piece of paper that just says “lunch”. Waste of time.

Very accommodating! They didn't have what I needed, but found it at another store and had it transferred it to this store. Meesha was extremely helpful and friendly. I totally recommend Batteries+!

Had an issue trying to get my core charge back, it took over an hour before they would give me my $115. I had a receipt too Ugg not a smooth experience to say the least.

Extremely unfriendly and acted as it bothered them for someone to come in the store and interrupt their day. They couldn't find the battery I had already paid for, on line, but eventually came out with a "used looking" battery. No paperwork, not warranty and when asked about the expiration date for the battery, I was told it would never expire.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called about a screen replacement for my phone and the technician knew nothing about anything. Luckily temporary manager who was there from St. Augustine knew what I was asking for and said he'd order a screen from another store and it'd be in the following week. Called a few days later to confirm part was in and same technician was unaware of any parts coming in and said I'd have to wait until screen repair tech came in the following Monday. I asked if he worked there and if he did he should know. So he looked through boxes and confirmed a screen was there. I called today to verify and some lady named Wendy or something answered like she was answering her house phone, she didn't even listen to what I was asking and just told me to come in and she doesn't know and literally hung up on me mid sentence. Idk who owns this store but please fix this issue. I will not be going here for anything even if they have the part I need.
