Outstanding service today at this AutoZone! My battery started acting up on the way to the beach and I pulled in just hoping they had a battery. The gal behind the counter got me checked out quickly and even took the old battery out and installed the new one in less than 30 minutes and she did it with a smile on her face and professional attitude. Keep up the great work and thanks for the help today!

Pulled in to get a reading on my check engine light and the worker doesn’t even acknowledge me, eventually he says he can’t do it right now since his coworker is not present and doesn’t know how long it will be! ? Poor customer service! ??

Lucas was awesome. My trailer lights weren't working because my ground wire came loose and he helped me get back on the road safely. He lent me his tools and showed me exact process I needed to do with the parts I bought in store so I got to learn something today too! He's an awesome employee and definitely a value to your company. Thanks Lucas!
