Shea like “shea butter” had his customer service as smooth as butter helped me with a stressful problem and made it seem less! Hands down best service in any car store I’ve ever been to! I’ll def be back soon!

Came in to buy a replacement battery for my key fob and some wiper blades. Shea not only helped me get all the right things, he installed the battery AND my wiper blades!!!Highly recommend this store!!!

Matt at the AutoZone on Esther Cut Off NW is the type person AutoZone should strive to have at all their locations nationwide. If Matt's focus on customer service is what can be expected across all AutoZones, I will use them whenever I can. My son had traveled to Ft Walton for a event and upon arrival, his check engine light came on. I called AutoZone and Matt quickly set my mind at ease without hesitation.... "Sir, I will take care of your son, don't you worry" which you can imagine was an amazing relief being 100's of miles away. He went above and beyond, giving details as to what was wrong and valuable tips to fix it... seriously, he took my son to mechanic's school in short time.Matt, thank you very much! Your customer service and simple kindness are unfortunately not the norm these days...keep doing what you are doing as you will set yourself apart and most certainly be blessed when you least expect it!

Called to check on a part was rudely hung up on apon giving my name due to the employee not wanting to do their job after calling a second time the employee was very rude lied about checking for a part while standing at the phone I will be calling corporate ether learn to work with the public or get the hell outter a public job

Vacationing from out of town when our battery died. We went in an hour before the store closed to purchase a battery. The clerk said that it would take 45 minutes to put it in, so he wouldn't do it. He said he could sell us the battery but not install it. We went across the street to O'Reilly's which closes the same time. They installed in about 5 minutes.

I went in got my wiper fluid and forgot about a question I wanted to ask. I went back in and asked, to which I was given some attitude for whatever reason. If you don’t know the answer to a question relating to a vehicle part such as a winch then just say “I don’t know”. It’s way more professional than rolling your eyes.
